bought a truck from Mackey a few months back, I talked to the sales men when he sold me the truck and told him it had a slight tick to it. The sales men said he would get it looked at, when I picked the truck up still had the tick but I was told it was okay it was just the heat shield's rattling, and that the truck still had the factory warranty to it, and if I had any issues I could bring it to my local ford dealer ship because the factory warranty. So I brought it to the factory dealership and they told me that the truck didn't have a warranty on it, and that the vin I had on my registration was different then the vin on the truck. Brought this to Mackey's attention and they more or less brushed it off, and told me to come get the corrected registration. Then I was told to bring it down any day and they would look at it, so I brought it down and then was told I need to call their mechanic and set up an appointment and leave the truck in Schenectady with there mechanic

i love my Pontiac Montana. and i'm glad that Mackey's still had it. had doubts that they had sold it but the former buyer backed out. Erick and Justin (not 100% sure if i spelled their names right) are pretty down to earth when dealing with me and my family. i found no major issue with my ride after the long drive home just squeaky breaks on the driver side front from it sitting but it's fixable. pricing to buy out right was more then reasonable. and they stand behind their safety checks before it was sold to me which was a plus in my book. yea there was a wait time to have it inspected but it was well worth it. i hope Mackey's stay around for a long time. and i'm glad that i was lucky to get the van that i wanted Thank you guys at Mackey's i hope to do business with you guys again ~Bob

Buyer beware! Get details, prices, everything in writing. Vehicle was good but the equipment list that was listed on website for this vehicle was not on this vehicle. Get window sticker on vehicle if possible. Don't go by word, get it in writing! We learned the hard way!

All vehicles on the lot very clean and nicely maintained. Customer service was very good and attentive. Overall good buying experience

Was supposed to be buying a vehicle here. It was suppose to be a done deal, calls to insurance made by dealer and everything . Get down there paper work wasn't ready, some " dealer listed features" of their vehicle were not in fact on the vehicle. One of the door handles when opening the door comes half way off in your hand. Then the boss comes, walks right by no hello or acknowledgement that your there. This is when the done deal changes, we can't give you what we said we were giving you, says they thought your trade had 2 things it didn't . Even though you specifically told them what was on the vehicle , oh and the deal can't be made. A real waste of time, I would stay away from this dealer!!

Wow! I am so impressed with Mackey's ! Vincent was truly wonderful and made this my best experience purchasing a car. Don't hesitate stop on down and become one of their family. Even after the purchase they follow up with you and truly care about you! Thank you so much

I purchased a 2007 Toyota RAV4. I went to test drive a different car and fell in love with this RAV4 that had just made it on the lot. Justin had to work very hard but he was able to get a deal for me that worked out great and I was finally able to put my old, beat up car to rest. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. I was completely satisfied with my experience at Mackey Automotive and would recommend them to anyone.

All sales people were great! Everyone responded in a timely manner and did their best to get me what I needed. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anybody!
