Don't shop here lol.

Don't shop here lol. ITs honestly pretty bad top to bottom. They sell Lemons and pick and chose what reviews show up here. They told me when I was waiting for the insurance check to clear that the bank made the rates go up cause I "waited to long" Knowing full well that I had to wait for the check from the insurance to get there. When I was taking it to get serviced I learned that they were very misleading about the "certified pre-owned" fees, services, $$$, and how much they fixed my car. Constant problems kept coming back, as the same issue over and over again arrived. Getting my car service they said it was fine. Once I brought my car to another mechanic, I learned it was not fine, and that there was metal in my cars oil. The warranty was covered, but more issues kept coming. I was without a car for almost a year and the service department spilled a drink and it exploded in my car. They said it was my fault during the time that I didn't even have my car. They have not offered to pay the cleaning, and I still have been seeing the same issues show up. Dishonest, and misleading. On a long enough timeline, people will catch wise and it will catch up to them.

Good with sales but below average with after sales.

Good with sales but below average with after sales. I am happy with the new car I purchased, however I was promised a reimbursement of vehicle inspection if I did it locally near my area and sent them the report which I did, but it's been more than 3 weeks and multiple follow-ups but there is no response at all. Losing my trust on this dealership so can't really rely on my future transactions with them.

This goes back to 11/23.

This goes back to 11/23. Feel I need to get this out before anyone else deals with this company. I had brakes done including calipers. No one told me calipers were covered under my extended warranty and the adviser told me that I didn’t have one which I did. Lost out on $575 and they wanted to rectify it with a $100 service credit. Don’t do me any favors. Warranty is up 10/25. Will be looking into a lease but not here. They have lost a customer.

This would have been a 5-star experience except for one

This would have been a 5-star experience except for one thing. The positive - Steve Fallone and Rob Rocha in Sales were fantastic. They were personable, friendly and respectful. They worked to make sure we had the right vehicle with fair pricing on the new car and the trade-in. The vehicle was delivered in spotless condition and all optional items were there. The negative - Rod Franey in the Business/Finance office cost First Hyundai 2 stars. He went thru all the paperwork and signatures. When my wife and I got up to leave, Rod did not stand up to shake hands or thank us for our business or even say Happy Holidays two days before Christmas.. I had to reach my hand out to him. We signed and he was done with us. When we came to pick up the car, Rod did not have copies of the signed paperwork for us. We had to ask, and then he gave us documents piece meal. In our opinion, there was not a Customer Service mindset for this part of the process.

I purchases my vehicle on June 7 2023, by month’s end the

I purchases my vehicle on June 7 2023, by month’s end the car stopped working. The car was towed to the dealership and fixed and returned to me on later that month. In December I called the strip on the windshield was separating, the auto car starter only ran for less than 5 minutes and my rear passenger tire needed air almost daily. Needless to say within that time the washer fluid pump on the drivers side stopped working.I called to complain and set up an appointment and was told it would be an all day appointment and I couldn’t be seen until May. I received a call back to say I could bring the car in for the oil change January 17,2024. On January 29th I was so frustrated now the front passenger tire keeps going flat. I made an appointment to just get rid of the car which was purchased with 32K on the odometer For $25K, and now has 38K on the mileage. When I returned to the dealership in February I was assured they would work something out. They did, they told me this beast of a car was now only worth 18K it had depreciated $7K, and the car that I settled on would could $647 a month compared to the $424 I currently pay. NEVER will I return, I filed a complaint with the ATO this is crap. They know the car is a nightmare I barely use it because I don’t know what’s next. I’m beside myself. And the strip for the windshield has is schedule to be put in in April, and month earlier than the original appointment date in May. I personally think they schedule things out to keep customers in possession of these wrecks, making it justifiable to them I’m now stuck with a lemon. How did the car depreciate 7K? I’m absolutely livid, and wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone ever. Hopefully the Attorney Generals Office can find a resolution, because the dealership offered none.

I am on my 5th lease.

I am on my 5th lease. I have been to a lot of dealerships. My previous experience on my last lease was awful at Boch Hyundai. My lease wasn't up until October but First was having Presidents Day deals. I really wasn't expecting to make a deal. I even filled my car with gas. That's how little faith I had in walking out with a new deal. I sat with Josh. After the smallest amount of back and forth, I got the deal I wanted, for the car I wanted. There was so little pressure. They had a white car on the lot and when Josh saw I wasn't crazy about it he said take the night think it over. You need to get the car you want. Before I left I decided to get the red. I was there for 1.5 hours. The next day Josh told me my car was already on its way to the dealership. It should be there either that day or the next. Again I didn't believe him. Sure enough he called at 5:30 that night. The car was in. I made an appointment to come in the following afternoon to finish the paperwork. Everything went as smooth as silk. The finance manager was wonderful as well. Josh showed me the new features on the car. I was done in 1 hour. Total of 2.5 hours to lease a new car. It has taken 4-6 hours on previous leases. I didn't feel like I was dealing with a salesman. I will be recommending First Hyundai to everyone.

If you’re looking for no pressure, down to earth sales

If you’re looking for no pressure, down to earth sales guy then run to see Mike Zwaan. We purchased a Kona from him and it was easily the best experience I’ve ever had with a salesman. I found him to be very accommodating. Honest, fair and total pleasure to work with. We worked with me thru text and email. He is definitely not your average salesman.

Dave is our favorite carr salesman of all time!

Dave is our favorite carr salesman of all time! (We're 75!) He was so informative, personable, hard working, and fun! We left with a great car, beyond what we were expecting. Dave spent a lot of time explaining all the amazing features of our car. He patiently answered all our questions and concerns. We will definitely recommend Dave and Hyundai to anyone looking for a new (or new to them) car. He is amazing!
