I do no recommend this dealer
On Monday, May 22, I bought a certified used car. When they showed it to me, the car had a hole in the driver's seat. I told the person who was showing it to me that I didn't want the car. The seat was not a problem, he was going to send someone to replace the seat while we did the paperwork, surprise fence when we finished the paperwork that it was time to receive the car, the problem with the seat was not solved, he promised me that he would take the car with me and to bring the car back on Saturday the 27th to fix it, to the surprise when he gives me only one key I ask him where the other one is, he tells me that he ordered it and that it had not arrived and that he would give it to me on Saturday when He was going to replace the seat, because it turns out that on Friday the 26th when I call him to confirm the appointment he tells me that on Saturday he will not be able to change the seat, that he was going to call me to come on Tuesday the 30th, now he does not pick up the call does not appear anywhere, they also put an extra fee of $1,995 dollars on the car, according to the seller they were extended warranties, as it turns out that they are not any extended warranties, I am filing a complaint with consumer affairs, I feel cheated, I never thought that buying a car could be so frustrating, now I am very sorry that I came to this dealer, I do not recommend this dealer to someone who wants to buy a car.

I was given a ridiculous monthly payment amount to start and they would not come down even a cent. Also I was called a liar by a sales manager who was very rude. My family members stayed but should have left. The inefficient staff only cared about money, not about selling cars. The same old story of not making any money but then they are still in business for 60 years. Please teach sales managers some manners and not speak to customers that way. I would never recommend this experience for anyone.

Ask for total price befor you waste your time.
Another Stealership. 2900 in fees for a 18,000 dollar USED car, plus tax tag and title bring the grand total to 24000. Then when asked what the 2900 was for. , i was told" to get the car ready for sale" They would not wave anything even though i am paying cash! No wonder the cars been for sale for 2+months.

Don’t waste your time & $$
Fool myself for coming back to this unpleasant & unprofessional service department. The 1st time after my oil service they hand me the car with a flat tire that later on cause me $90 out of my packets to replace tire. This must recent visit on 2/24/23 they took out the cabin compartment to check the cabine air filter & guess what all my screws are missing. Nothing but the cabin holding to the clips inside the front Board. Thanks god I inspected my vehicle after the service maybe if take it back for brake service I will come out with out them ….this is a joke I felt very unsatisfied with them

They justforgot to call me after six hours waiting
Waited six hours for an oil change because they forgot to call me when the job was done. I had to go there by myself and pick my car up.
