We had a great time test driving the cars we knew we were interested in. They continued to offer other vehicles we hadn't thought of. They were genuinely interested in getting us into a vehicle even if it meant undercutting the interest we had been pre-approved with from our bank. All accessories and services available were presented and even though it was a lot to consider, there was no pressure to buy anything additional. However, I'm glad we did!!! Overall it was a fun experience and I honestly don't think we could have gotten a better deal any place else. Lastly, wearing a mask all day is a lot. When I went to drink out of their water fountain, one of their representatives brought me a bottle of water. That actually meant a lot! Thank you James and Lee!

Went into Subaru with the idea of buying a car with an anount I wanted to make in payments. I worked with Lauren and she was able to get me the car I wanted with the extras I loved and found the color I wanted. She was always there to quickly answer any questions and adress any concerns that came up. I always get axious when it comes down to the actual deal because you hear the stories, Im happy to say the sales process was smooth and seemless. Laura patiently answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable with everything before I signed anything. The whole process took less than 30 minutes and I dove off teh lot happpily in my new Forester
