DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

**DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE** Oh, how I WISH I had listened to the honest reviews advising buyers to stay away from this horrid place. Unfortunately, our family made the decision to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. It is run by deceitful, ignorant, awful people. And the employees are exactly the same. WARNING: Do not fall for the line about the dealership being “family owned, on the same corner for 10 years” … blah, blah, blah. Who knows who really owns this place. You will be told that the owners (husband and wife) are on site and that she is the individual handling the financial transactions (aka stealing your money) and her husband is sitting somewhere in the back (no doubt with a cigar in his hand sipping a glass of bourbon) approving all the deals. Our journey started out as an exciting time, buying my 16-year-old niece her first car. So how did we end up at this shoddy dealership? They had what we thought was the perfect car. She had her heart set on a VW Beetle, and finding a vehicle with decent mileage, in good shape for an affordable price had proven challenging. Then we came across a vehicle at Auto Club of Miami. Against our better judgement, we went to take a look at the vehicle thinking, even if the dealership isn’t honest (as stated in many reviews), if we were lucky enough to find a car in good condition and we're happy with the price, then we have nothing to lose. Big mistake. We should have walked away on day one. Like others, you will be promised everything but receive nothing. Please believe me when I say that their “certified inspection” of every vehicle they sell MEANS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Apparently, they pay some unemployed mechanic (who is based in a vacant car lot about two blocks away) to pretend to inspect all of their vehicles. He is the same “mechanic” who will pretend to fix whatever issues you may find with the vehicle prior to purchasing. We thought we were being prudent by having the car inspected by a VW dealership service department before proceeding with the deal. *Note: Auto Club of Miami only agreed to take the vehicle to VW because we insisted that the open recall be repaired. Several additional issues were identified by VW, and since the vehicle was still in the possession of Auto Club of Miami, our salesman (his name is Julio) assured us that all issues would be resolved prior to us finalizing the purchase. Well, my niece’s birthday came (we had been promised that the car would be ready for delivery 4 days earlier) so we decided to finalize the purchase after being told that all repairs had been completed. It really came as no surprise that when we brought the vehicle back to VW for a follow up inspection … NOTHING had been repaired. In the end, it was actually a relief that their fake mechanic had not touched the car, because I would rather have my own mechanic (who is licensed and does this for a living) make the repairs properly with legitimate parts. FOOD FOR THOUGHT: What kind of CRAPPY human being would sell a car knowing it is for a 16-year-old girl and lie about making the necessary repairs? That question is for you JULIO. So, this review is a really long way of saying save yourself the time/headache/disappointment/anger/frustration and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. This place does not deserve your business or your hard-earned money. Also, please read the complaints reported to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Even though this crummy dealership is not registered with the BBB, many people (including myself) are still reporting them … and for good reason.

Auto Club of Miami, la mejor opción.

Amazing service!

Thank you to Alvaro and Juan for helping me purchase a 2018 Toyota Corolla. They were both very helpful and went to great lengths to make this purchase happen. Treated me as if I were a family member and made sure all the paperwork was clear and understandable. Totally recommend coming to this dealer, you won’t regret it!

Forever Client

Henry and Juan are top of the line salespeople. They are extremely professional and very accommodating to your requests. Wouldn’t choose any other dealer overall.

Great experience at used car lot

I dealt with Henry the salesman he was awesome made the buying process super easy he explained everything about my car and I got a great used car for a great price. He helped me get the credit going and the application and it was just a good experience at a used car lot which is really odd especially with the reputation that used car salesman's have Henry was absolutely awesome.

TREATS LONG TIME CUSTOMERS POORLY

I purchased and paid in full a 2002 ford ranger tremor a few years back. I then returned and purchased a 2008 honda accord. I only drove the honda on the weekends so i put only 800 miles on the car throughout two years. Recently, i went back to try and get a different vehicle which was a 2006 land rover. Even through i have been a loyal customer of theirs for years, they had the audacity to say they were not only going to take my honda that i even upgraded making it worth more, but they wanted another $1500 dollars as downpayment. Are you serious?? This was completely ridiculous and poor customer service considering my loyalty. I will NEVER purchace a vehicle from here again and i recommend you dont either.

liars

I went here because I was looking to buy a car. I asked the sales guy if the Mazda Miata was expensive to maintain. His exact words were, "yes. Its a Japanese car. No. Its just like buying a Toyota, Honda, Mazda. Volvo and Acura's are more expensive".. Okay so this guy gives me 2 different explanations. I know right away to stay away from here. Then on a Subaru, he tells me that the car as 90k miles and the car has 132k miles and he still wanted $10k for it. Not happening.
