My husband and I stopped by to look at a car with our daughter. We had stopped at another Kia dealer and they did not know anything about the car they we showing our daughter. We asked the salesman about the Sportage Hybrid and not only did he show it to us, he explained every little thing. He is the BEST! If you are looking for a great car, go down to Kia Store East and ask for Kenneth Meeks. He will go above and beyond. Scottie, Becky and Whitney

They SCREWED ME bought a Kia 2015 from them for around

They SCREWED ME bought a Kia 2015 from them for around 10k 2 weeks later engine blew up now I don’t have a car a single mom of two boys my pawpaw gave me that money for college now I’m out of a car I called them and they said sorry nothing I can do DONT GO THERE!!!!! I’m devastated

We test drove a used Cadillac vehicle with Milton Mundy. We ended up purchasing a new model from another dealership, but we were extremely impressed with Milton’s courtesy, knowledge and willingness to help us. I can’t say enough about his professionalism and the best car salesman we have met!

Great customer service.

Great customer service. Rob Mac was very honest with us and treated us like friends. Loved dealing with him in our purchase. Rayland was also fantastic and would ask if we needed anything while Rob was busy researching things for our vehicle

Service department provides horrible service, poor

Service department provides horrible service, poor communication, and has rude employees. They are unable to fix issues, but like to charge you big money and inconvenience instead.

Shade Tree Mechanics

Nothing but problems with this place. Shade tree back yard mechanics put a CVVT Valve on did not set it to timing, did not seal the valve cover gasket. Kept car 2 months! Then finally replaced valve and gasket again. But left my white leather interior with oil in several spots. Then did not clean the oil off the motor. So I had to take it back to clean the oil off motor. The guy removed the dust cover on bottom of car, pressure cleaned and DID NOT put the dust cover back on! So 6 days later took it in for an oil change. The other car lot sees dust cover missing (can tell it's very recent clean screwholes etc..) and now the Axel Boot is slinging Grease but it's not dry rotted or obvious damage other then looks like a hole cause by Road Debris! This place must not be vetting their employees because certificate mechanics should not be doing such crappy work. Not even following Chilton or Company guidance for replacing parts and Not replacing parts when removed!

Kia East by far has been the worst experience I have ever

Kia East by far has been the worst experience I have ever experienced buying a vehicle. I went so far in purchasing vehicle with my bank overnighting the check to purchase 2022 Telluride. I get to the dealership the vehicle had not been detailed, they had taken the window tint off of vehicle without any communication with me. After asking numerous times if the vehicle was still covered under the 100k warranty and was told “YES” the 100k warranty was transferable by not only the salesman but also by the store manager. While signing paper work with the finance guy he then states the 100k warranty was voided when they took $500 off the sticker price which was already 4K over the MSRP. I get up and tell them we do not have a deal they suggest I pay $495 for the extended warranty. Needless to say I walked out and the bank canceled my check. They did nothing but lie over and over. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM KIA EAST…

Very nice experience

The staff were very friendly. The Waiting was clean and the snacks and variety of drinks were plentiful. The Service consultant Eldar Selimic had excellent Customer Service skills. He explained everything they did, gave me my receipt and informed me that he was going to being my car around. He brought my car around and he had the air conditioner on (It was extremely hot that day) and it felt good to get in a cool car. He was very thoughtful.
