Expectations set and met!

Upon arrival, I was immediately helped with a full review of services to be performed. I was told how long this would take, and courteously shown the waiting room. Plenty of drinks and snacks, and other friendly customers to talk with. During the wait, three times my service rep came to review progress, and managed to include a failed headlight assembly into warranty that saved me $800. And for good measure my sales rep wandered in to say hello, and apprise me of the special offers running.

Customer Service

Kia Store East is always super helpful and armed with a plethora of information when it applies to the service of my car. They always make maintenance appointments a pleasurable experience by getting me in and out quickly.

Excellent

I've never been treated so well at a car dealer ship. Rob Mac is not just a salesman, he's an honest salesman that wants to meet all your needs and make sure you walk away 150% satisfied....that's how we walked away! Thank you!

Great experience

I had a great experience. My salesperson, Will was very helpful and got me through the process with ease. I was happy when I drove off the lot with my new Optima not feeling like I was ripped off or had just been conned.

Service dept is always clean fast, couteous and helpful

I received excellent service in the service dept. they were fast, courteous, and helpful. Over the last 4 years of leasing this vehicle, I have had absolutely no complaints

Exemplary service, worthy of praise.

Sam Haley was our guy, we wanted a 2016 Kia Rio, no color preference, so he picked out silver. a great color for a car. Charismatic as any good sales person should be. Could probably sell water to a fish.

Great Experience

They were exceptionally helpful due to the unfortunate circumstances that led me there. They were friendly and efficient and worked with us and our budget.

Friendly, fast, quality service

Very satisfied with the service I received. Will have all my service checkups and issues handled by the helpful and courteous staff at the Kia Store East in Louisville.

Great service advisors and good service. When waiting for vechile reasonable wait and kept informed of what also needs to be addressed. Keep up the good work

Best experience ever. Ev-er.

We had an immediate need to replace a vehicle. Craig Gray and Greg Kelley listened to us and wasted zero time meeting that need in excess of our expectations, and I cannot be happier with how it all turned out. I doubt I will ever see anyone else for a car after this wonderful experience.
