They made the buying process easy, everything after that
They made the buying process easy, everything after that is xxxx. I bought a 2015 Porsche Panamara on a Saturday via the internet. From the pictures the car looks great. Called that Monday to have my car delivered to me using a company that I had found. After waiting allay for a call back , I was told that my keys had been lost while the car was in clean up. It took about a week for me to receive my car. Once I received my car. I noticed the car was not cleaned up. The inside smelled like an ash tray . The carpet had several cigarette burns in it. The oil was one quart low and by the previous oil sticker it was 8323 over due . I checked the oil black. The car had four different tires on it. Each one with different tread wear. The check engine light was on. None of this was told to me. I was like ok I will fix my issues myself after all I have been a certified mechanic for Almost 30 years . I spent 1700 on tires another 600 on parts and two days fixing my car. Once everything was repaired, I later reached out to find out about my tag. At this point I had four days left on my 30 day tag. I was then informed that I need to pay my taxes . I reminded Yassir that they he told me they would pay the taxes. But ok . The mailed me another 30 day tag. I paid my taxes and sent the paper work back to them. Three weeks later I called to follow up on my tags , I was then told that they need more paperwork and the would mail it to me and another 30 day tag. I returned the paper work back to them with in 3 to four days. 25 days went by and no tag. During this process I am calling the dealership for updates , but no one is answering the phone in the tag and title office. I reached out to the general manager and explained to him what was going on. He told me they sale cars and that the tag and tittle work is not part of there job. I ask why did I pay a documentation fee that clearly states that taxes tag and Tuttle work is covered by the dealership. He then transferred me back to Yassir . I was told then they would send me out other 30 tag and that I should have my tag in two weeks. I informed them that I can not even get a toll pass because I don’t have a tag and you can’t register a temporary tag. I have paid over $800. In toll fees alone while waiting for my tag . When ask will I be reimbursed for my toll fees. I was told I would ask still haven’t heard back about my toll fees yet. This whole process started FEB 24, 2025, it’s now May 27th, 2025. I am still waiting on my tag.

if I could get zero stars, I would.
if I could get zero stars, I would. Scam artist giving out fake warranties and cars with bad transmission and engine problems. I definitely called every alphabet government agency that I could think of to have them look into this business. FTC, scc, bbb, Attorney General, ice, fbi, etc… this isn’t my first rodeo with a bad dealership so I will be sure to hold this company accountable for what they have done to me and many others

Im really not one to complain or leave reviews but this
Im really not one to complain or leave reviews but this whole purchase has been nothing but bad experience all the way around. At first everything was okay until I actually got my truck. Battery now keeps dying and no one has been able to figure out what is wrong with it. Going on a 3rd mechanic shop. (This started 1 week after purchase) I was supposed to get a second key “overnighted” come to find out there was no second key after I purchased the truck, and Mike said they would fill the gas tank but only put $20 and said he would reimbursed me for the rest of the $72 that I had to put in it because they “lost” the gas card, (The truck was just about completely empty) And then Abby said they only give $20 in gas, and that Mike told me wrong because he’s new, Even though he told me he had been working on and off there for many years.😂 And now a month later i still didn’t have my tags and title so we called back and Abby got that figured out because my title and stuff never actually got to her so she could turn it into dmv. Thank god for her because it seems like no one else there does the right thing or tells the truth. Once they got the money they didn’t care. Not to mention when i had issues Mike told me “you bought a rugged truck not a 2025 ranger rover with 32 chips and 12 different screens” when i told him there was a short in my steering wheel buttons not that it was a life or death situation but that it would have been nice to know before purchasing and what he said was “I dont keep track of small issues” if im paying just about 25k for a vehicle i expect it to a good vehicle… and very rude and unprofessional to say something like that. He was very nice up until the purchase was finalized.🤦🏼♂️ Also didn’t answer my calls or texts after the purchase was finalized so my grandmother started calling and finally she got somewhere. Definitely not a great 1st car buying experience and now I know what to avoid. Mike was also very pushy about having a good review so i did it during the time of purchase but now everyone can see how this place really is.

Stay away!
Stay away! I drove two hours to get a car at a fair price. Only when signing time came I was told that I would have to pay an additional $2000 on top of the advertised price… This was all due to a “coupon” that took $1000 off for financing and $1000 off for trading in my vehicle. Disappointed I went to leave, but figured I would give them one last shot at a fair deal so I negotiated a price in between the advertise price and the price I was told I would have to pay in the end (Which was approximately 50% more than what it was advertised for) I signed the paperwork for the agreed amount and left fairly satisfied with the purchase. However, a week later, I found myself locked out of my car because the dealer told me the only problem with the key fob was the battery. After the locksmith came and got me into my car I realized it was because the key was never even programmed for the car and did not even have the cut out for my vehicle. I was surprised to get a phone call today demanding I pay $100 if I wanted to have my title because apparently according to the dealer, there was something in the paperwork where I had agreed to pay this extra hundred dollars… Even though I had already paid for the cash in the full amount. At the end of the day, I can’t believe that this car dealer is willing to withhold my title and apparently I will have to go to court to Get my title, even though I paid for the vehicle in full unless I give them their $100. Regardless, they made no offer to make up for the $500. I will have to pay for the locksmith and to get my key programmed and cut for the car that I was assured worked but just needed a battery. Don’t let them fool you with getting a good deal on the Internet or otherwise because they are out for one thing and that’s money with no regard to the customer
