Excellent service
Came in with brake and caliper issues and shaking on the highway with my newer Corolla. Yovanni assisted me and was very professional throughout the whole process. He knew almost immediately the issue and after a thorough diagnosis he was correct. Car was fixed in a timely manner and was not overpriced like a lot of competitors. Will definitely use again and recommend Yovanni due to his extreme professionalism kindness and attentiveness!

Please heed this warning and DO NOT BUY HERE!!! Lori is a liar and is going to scam you just as she tried to do me. This place also owns another location called Sterling Motorsport in Sterling, VA. What they do is overcharge you on tag and title fees and have you sign the contract with the higher fees then lie about their copier not working so that you don't get a copy of your own contract. They record you agreeing to the purchase of that vehicle at that price {but you can't see the details on the Purchase Agreement in the video, you can just be seen agreeing to the purchase price}. The accountant then takes the paperwork home and forges your signature from the contract you signed onto a new contract with the tag and title fees now lowered to the correct amounts they should be and the extra money added to the purchase price or other areas of the contract. They have to change the amounts because if they were to send them as is to the MVA, then the MVA would send you a refund check for the amounts you overpaid so they have to change the overages that you signed originally to the correct, lower amounts and shift the money to the purchase price and other areas of the contract so that they can steal your money and keep it for themselves. THIS IS FRAUD AND THEFT!!! THEY ARE CRIMINALS RUNNING A SCAM TO STEAL YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!! They cannot forge your signature onto a new document, nor can they change any of the figures after you sign! When I discovered their scam I requested a refund for my tag and title fees and only agreed to pay the purchase price of the vehicle and their dealer fee. They were scamming me out of approximately $2400 over what the tag and title fees should have been for my state, which is Maryland. They agreed to give me a refund via check the next day. Instead of calling the next day to let me know my check was ready, Lori informed me the owner had file a no trespassing order against me to keep me from being able to come and get my check. So at this point, they were refusing to give me my refund, which Lori agreed to in writing, refusing to give me a copy of my paperwork, and refusing to do the agreed upon repairs. They literally thought they were going to strong arm me and keep my money because they figured they had the upper hand with their word against mine {Lori told me directly that the owner said this} because I didn’t have my paperwork and they did have a copy and they also had the video. So I immediately called lawyers to try to fight this and also canceled all payments to them. I began to report them to every entity I could and filed a police report against them. They ended up retaliating against me and filed charges against me and now I am facing a BOGUS charge for cancelling the payments to try to keep them from stealing my money from me!!! They used the video as evidence of my purchase and showed this to the police. The recording shows you agreeing to the purchase of the vehicle and the price you purchased it for but it is impossible to see the details of the purchase agreement so you cannot show that the details in the document you are holding have been changed and is not the same as the contract that they claim that you signed. This is how they think they have outsmarted you. I am now having to fight a criminal charge and purse damages legally. All of this from simply trying to treat myself to a Mercedes for my birthday and I chose these criminal's dealership. I will be fighting this in court with everything I have and I want to help others avoid them and put a stop to them and their scam so they cannot steal from others so PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE contact me mypromise08{at} g{ma.il} if you have also been scammed by them. DON"T BUY ARE A CAR THERE!!!A big fraud is this company. Lori, the Manager of that dealership, lies as soon as she talks. Deluvered car to home, let sign contract and then take them away with Exploration things were wrong. Never send back fully signed contacts. Car price way higher then initially agreed on. Petting a warrenty insurance up and don't pay back that money after the contract was cancelled. They are thieves and really criminals!!!

I am very disappointed with the lack of response on fulfilling a commitment. I purchased a case in March 2023, and they had several items to repair/replace as part of the transaction. One tire was required to be replaced. After 50 emails and over 100 attempted phone calls, The bad tire is STILL not ordered. There have been other issues, such as sending my bill of sale and title over 75 days after the transaction. They don't respond to emails or pick up the phone. I recommend not using their services.

⚠️⚠️⚠️BUYERS BEWARE AND CONDUCT BUSINESS AT YOUR OWN RISK ⚠️⚠️⚠️ THEIR ACCREDITATION WAS REVOKED FROM BBB....6/27/23 (it wasn't updated when we looked) one star is way too many and nice ....🚫🚫🚫🚫take heed to the negative reviews!!! 🚫🚫🚫I wish we did..we purchased a Mercedes Benz GL 350 that we thought was a good deal on 7/14/23 only for the check engine light to come on twice in less than 24hrs of pick up 7/17!! We even offered to get the parts needed if the car can be put in running condition and there arent any issues ..however they didn't even do the BARE minimum oil change before selling the car. It was a very stressful 2 days..they lied about the mileage..as well as well as doing maintenance on the car but that is our fault because we didn't check when we test drove the car cause you know people's word should actually mean something...we tried to cancel the sale with our bank however they quickly cashed the check..so understand if you are banking with NFCU they were put on the dealer blocked list and you will be asked to consider a different dealership...now we have a 14k car note for a car that is not safe to put on the road and cannot pass VA inspection or is even drivable... I just praise God for the means to take care of it and it is an expensive lesson learned.. .thanks for nothing Lori and Leesburg Auto...I filed a complaint with the VA dealer board and will be sending all the receipts and text so that no one else is put in a situation like ours

Biggest scanner
Was told that the car was under warranty from Mercedes so i bought the car, only to go get service and be told that there was never no warranty on the car.. Lori is the biggest scammer I have ever came across in my life all she do is lie.. went back to the dealership a million times, call a million times about issues that I was having with the car only to be lied to and con.
