Went in to look at a car we seen online and met John Fanto. He was fantastic very knowledgeable, easy going and great to work with. I would recommend him for anyone looking for a Cadillac.

I recently purchased a used 2025 Cadillac Escalade from Crest Cadillac in Syracuse, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. This is actually my second vehicle I've bought from them, which speaks to the trust and satisfaction I have with their team. While I initially wanted a brand-new Escalade, I missed out on the specific model I was eyeing because I waited too long—my own fault! However, the team at Crest Cadillac was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process of acquiring a used one instead. They were transparent throughout, making the whole experience quick and efficient. A huge shoutout to Shah and Joe in the sales department—they were fantastic to work with, very knowledgeable, accommodating, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring I got the right vehicle. Their professionalism and friendly approach made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Kudos to Crest Cadillac for their excellent service and for always going above and beyond. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and outstanding customer service!

They take advantage of women first of all. I bought a srx a number of years ago for my first experience w them had nothing but trouble with it. Made the mistake a year ago to go back. I felt like a money number. Gave me crap for my truck ,oh don't do anything to make it look good they said. That's because they offer u less for its condition. Got a CT5 recently. No mark down w it alow balled the truck. I did not get a good deal with this dealership. Let's just say I had a stroke and shouldn't of gone there to begin with. My car's warranty runs out in a month, I have electrical issues, needs new tires . I have only put 7,000 miles on it. It was a nice car new now I'm stuck w it without a warranty. This dealership only cares how much money it can bring in. W suckers like me! How many sales can the sales men do in one day is what they are all about. Will never go back. You get what you pay for,can I say it was not brought to sellable status even after I bought it! Run fast as u can and don't get ripped off like I did AGAIN!

I was given assurances that turned out to be completely false—either from lack of knowledge or, worse, a deliberate lie to push the sale. This included critical information that directly influenced my decision to lease the vehicle. When I followed up after discovering the truth, the dealership was dismissive and made no meaningful effort to make things right. Leasing a vehicle is a major decision, and I expected transparency and integrity. Sadly, that was not my experience at Crest Cadillac. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this dealership get everything in writing and double-check all claims independently. I regret trusting their word.

Just picked my 2018 Cadillac CT6 from Crest Cadillac, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! My salesperson was incredibly knowledgeable, no pressure, just straightforward and transparent. He and their finance manager really took the time to ensure I got the best rate, and the car is in beautiful shape. I Highly recommend them!

We had a great experience with Cadillac Service! My service advisor was great! He called me ahead of my scheduled appointment to let me know they could get my car in sooner, which was a huge help. The service was quick, professional, and efficient. I really appreciate their proactive communication and excellent customer service.
