We recently purchased a new vehicle from Crest Cadillac, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment we walked in, the team made me feel welcomed and valued. Our salesman Steve was friendly and very helpful. His team members we met were also great to work with. The entire process was smooth and efficient, with no pressure at all. We left with our new vehicle and a smile on our faces. We highly recommend Crest Cadillac to anyone in the market for a new car. Thank you to the fantastic team for making this such a pleasant experience!

Horrible Horrible Horrible, I bought my car used 2024.

Horrible Horrible Horrible, I bought my car used 2024. 15 miles . Very expensive . July 2024 my engine was making noise took it to a great mechanic. He told me the drive train it's part of the transmission. My car could lock up driving . I call the dealership talked with a manager about getting a rental car . Explained to him what the mechanic said . He told me to get a rental car at my expense. He's not going to help me . WOW. Not even 4 weeks and my 2022 15 miles sits in my driveway . I called Dodge dealership and can't get in for 3 weeks. Manager could care less . I bought a expense car now it sits in my driveway . I have a reliable car now but it comes with a price tag . Crest took my hard earned money and gave me a death trap . I believe the mechanic never looked at the underbody ,engine ,ect... He threw a inspected stick on and said good to go Omg . I can't prove this but what's the changes of this happening . Lemon law can't help . I have too give them 3 tries to fix . So my new car can sit in my driveway for God know how long .This has nothing to do with the sales person . He was great . He's not the mechanic. He's not the manager . If this happened to there family or friend they would of been fixed it right away . Think about that . If management responds he will blame this on me , uncooperative, we tried to fix this . Really I would of happily got a ride to Crest and picked up a rental. Watch he will put the blame on me . Crest takes no responsibility . They have my hard earned money and I have a death trap .So I look at my new extensive car sitting in my driveway . Lol I'm paying a bill for a rental . Thank you Crest you ----------- me .

Just putting my 2 cents in. I have been going to Crest for almost 22 years. The Service Dept and Sales Team have always been top notch. If there's a problem they go above and beyond. I never felt like I was being talked down to and if I didn't understand something, staff go to great lengths to answer any question I might have. I appreciate being treated like family. It's like a have an 'Uncle' in the business.

Greg Zimmer = Great Experience.

Greg Zimmer = Great Experience. If you are purchasing a car at Crest Cadillac I strongly recommend seeing Greg Zimmer. Greg exceeded my expectations based on the excellent customer service I received from him. He went above and beyond to assist us in our purchase. For example, taking my many calls on his own time (at night) at home to answer questions without rushing me or making me feel uneasy. Greg made the entire process a breeze and he is an honest salesman (which may be rare nowadays). If it was not for Greg's attitude and honesty I would more than likely not purchased this car. Also, Joe Hawelka (New Car Sales Manager) was knowledgable, Informative, and most important made me feel at ease as well with the purchase. Both Greg and Joe are the reason I would go back to Crest on my next purchase.

Greg was great to work with.

Greg was great to work with. From beginning to end, he demystified a lease buyout process, explaining every detail. I will definitely come back to Crest when I'm in the market again.
