I gave this dealership a one star review because zero stars was not an option! My mother-in-law purchased a 2020 Mazda CX-5 less than two months ago.... She brought it to the dealership yesterday to replace a dead battery. She brought the AAA report with her showing it was dead. They then proceeded to keep her waiting 2 hours while they performed their own diagnostics. They told her the battery was not bad. They should be ashamed. They put the safety of an 85-year-old woman in jeopardy because they would not replace her $150 battery after she just purchased a $30,000 car from them!

I went in to Gerald Jones Mazda last week to have my 2010 Mazda CX-7 serviced as I always do and ended up buying a new CX-5. My fourth Mazda since 2009... that I have purchased from this dealership. The service staff and sales staff are exceptional. They truly care about their customers and will go above and beyond to satisfy and serve. I highly recommend this dealership and the Mazda automobile. True class professionals.

I was not kept waiting for my appointment, the staff were all friendly, the waiting area was comfortable and stocked with refreshments and magazines and... I could watch any TV channel that I wanted to.
