Worst experience with no integrity

I made a purchase a Mazda from this company. Great sales tactic and easy transaction. That was the only good in my experience. The vehicle was declared non repairable in an accident. As stated in the contracts for the extended warranty and service warranty, refunds are due upon cancellation. When approached Mazda staff, I was given a promise of refund check in 3 . Not the case. After a few days, I was told 2-3 weeks. On another visit to pick up this imaginary check that was never intended to be refunded obviously, i was told it had to come from Toyota Credit. Wow, the plot thickens as weeks go by. Next this time I asked to speak to the person listed as consumer relations manager. I was connected to a ringing phone that went into a black hole and circled back to the reception area. This is the worst experience ever. I wouldn't advise any purchase or business with these people. Beware, they are buying another auto company. I guess the bigger your inventory, and sales capacity, the lower your integrity becomes. Terrible , dishonesty.

Worst Mazda Service Experience i have ever had

I brought my 2022. mazda cx-5 here for. an. oil change here. Since i recently bought. my car i still have. free services. Service manager B Timmerman. My. spelling may be wrong. He tried to charge me. for a AC. filter. change tire rotation, and other scam services which i never asked for. When i told him, i was supposed. to get a free oil change he started giving me an attitutte and told me that he already did the. tire rotation and charged me $29.95. I had to call the dealer which i leased my car from to convince him that i was supposed to get free oil change. Service manager here treated. me. very. disrespectfully> i. been to different Mazda Service. Locations but never have been. treated like. that. One of the. worst service experience. i have ever had.

PATHETIC

I gave this dealership a one star review because zero stars was not an option! My mother-in-law purchased a 2020 Mazda CX-5 less than two months ago. She brought it to the dealership yesterday to replace a dead battery. She brought the AAA report with her showing it was dead. They then proceeded to keep her waiting 2 hours while they performed their own diagnostics. They told her the battery was not bad. They should be ashamed. They put the safety of an 85-year-old woman in jeopardy because they would not replace her $150 battery after she just purchased a $30,000 car from them!

I went in to Gerald Jones Mazda last week to have my 2010 Mazda CX-7 serviced as I always do and ended up buying a new CX-5. My fourth Mazda since 2009 that I have purchased from this dealership. The service staff and sales staff are exceptional. They truly care about their customers and will go above and beyond to satisfy and serve. I highly recommend this dealership and the Mazda automobile. True class professionals.

Great staff

I was not kept waiting for my appointment, the staff were all friendly, the waiting area was comfortable and stocked with refreshments and magazines and I could watch any TV channel that I wanted to.
