Ford Ranger Experience

I was on a mission and Billy helped me complete it. We hopped into Ranger drove the entire grounds until we found exactly what I was seeking. The sales team and finance departments helped me craft the exact payment structure that fit my budget. The entire experience was easy, the staff made it fun and this is why I will not buy a vehicle from any other dealership. Thanks Billy, Ted, Tyler and Tim!

Great Experience!

I was very nervous to shop for a car, as members of my family have had a lot of experiences with dishonest or unethical car salespeople in the past. However, with John there was nothing to worry about. He was very honest with us throughout the whole process and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the vehicle I purchased. When I didn’t like the first vehicle I drove, he found me a different one and stayed in contact while it was serviced. He worked around our schedule for us to come test it and helped get me a great deal when I decided to buy. He even stayed late through the financing process to make sure everything was taken care of properly. I would definitely recommend working with John if you are looking for a positive car-buying experience.

Omg AMAZING!!!!

John and I met on the phone first and he was so patient while I tried to figure out what I wanted. We met the next day and had our work cut out! I was over 20k under in my current car. John was patient and highly knowledgeable with every question I had. I felt like he was part of my family by the time I left, he was honest and has crazy good integrity. I never once felt pressured, the transaction was just smooth and I walked out with the same payment I asked for plus a brand new ride! Then Jerry in finance was so kind! He took amazing care of us on that side. If you don’t go to John you are missing out, I have never felt so confident in a buy...no remorse!

Bought a new 2019 Lariat

The sales team was patient with us while we made the decision to purchase the truck. Once our decision was made the financing and delivery was a piece of cake. Highly recommend this dealership!

False advertisements and lies

I purchased a vehicle on June 1st after seeing the add on their website. I walked into and quoted the price to the salesman. He said that doesn’t include tax title and registration. I acknowledged that made sense, it specifically has that as their legal disclaimer. He then said that it also does not include add-ons like paint protection, theft. I let the salesman know the only thing that was added on was tint and a new battery per car fax. He stated I had obviously done my research. His manager came out and stated I don’t want to lose the sale due to add ons and asked if I would sit down and talk numbers. I said sure. Not once did they ever tell me the total car price/ amount financed until I got to signing the contract 3 hours later, even though I had asked the salesman repeatably to see the breakdown of what they were trying to sell me. He said we are the number one dealership for a reason and we don’t do the process like that. Ted the finance manager hid some things that were not agreed upon as accessories in my purchase agreement. What was advertised as 22991 ended up being 28,000.

I reached out to the person below and left two voicemails. I have yet to hear, or get any response from the dealership. I did get a letter from my state saying that we needed our old license plate for vehicle registration. I’ve worked with many different types of dealerships, so far in terms of honesty and respect of people, San Tan Ford has been the worse to deal with. I’ve had two friends that were in the market for F-250 and I’ve referred them to Berge Ford. They were honest with me when I bought my original car.

Seamless, friendly, knowledgeable

The things I would care to know in a review: The salesman here that I dealt with, were not pushy. Any questions I had were answered clearly, quickly and without much bias. The team I worked with, throughout the whole process, appeared to always be trying to get the best for my circumstances and not just the next sale. ( Made for a pleasant, friendly and almost exciting atmosphere. ) Would highly recommend Matt and Scott, to anyone looking to purchase from San Tan Ford!

A very positive customer experience with John Dye.

I was very happy to have met John Dye and complete my car purchase with him., John is honest and worked hard to earn our business. I felt I could trust the things John told me and that he did everything possible to get us in the right car at the right price.
