Best car buying experience I have ever had. Sales person helpful, knowledgeable, and NOT pushy. Straight forward and fair. I will definitely visit again when I need to replace our second vehicle.

We purchased a Ford Edge from Ferman Ford. Salesman, John McVay was knowledgeable, professional and helpful in the decision process. We had the Edge titled in our home state of Indiana. Eric from the finance department made that an easy and painless process. We would not hesitate to recommend Ferman to family and friends.

I would 100% recommend Ferman Ford. Michael Howell was great to work with. He was friendly and honest during the buying process. My wife and I didn’t feel pressured at all. Nabil Loubani was also very helpful with the financing and answering any questions we had.

I have been searching for a Mach-E and one that was

I have been searching for a Mach-E and one that was reasonably priced and had the options that I wanted. I searched Ford's website and found that Ferman had 4 in stock. I contacted the dealer and was directed to Benjamin (a sales consultant) and he was super helpful! I live about an hour and a half and did not want to go back and forth to the dealership, so it was important that everything was good to go before I drove there. Benjamin was very prompt, extremely polite and had all my paperwork ready to go when I arrived. I was at the dealer for about an hour and was back on the road very fast. I wish the dealership was closer just so I could get service there instead of my local dealership lol Thank you Ferman Ford for my new car!!
