Made my appointment less than a week before, quick email response. Car was done and washed in 90 minutes. Waiting area was clean and everyone was taking Covid precautions.

Erasmo made the buying process very easy and enjoyable and we picked up our Q7 Monday night. At first I came in to get a different car. Sadly it was sold already. They show me a different vehicle and I fall in love with it. It was over my budget and they did everything they could to fit it in my budget range. Not all dealership/salesmen will do that for you
