Awesome Customer Service

Everyone was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Charles was patient and listened to my needs. I never felt pressured to purchase a vehicle. They made me a really good offer I could not refuse.

Awesome Experience by a 1st Class Salesman

First experience of buying a luxury brand vehicle. Was thoroughly impressed with the day and night difference. My salesman was leagues above any others I have dealt with. When ready we will look for him for any future business or referrals.

Poor Communication from beginning to end

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership, but the process was a difficult one. I was made feel like they were going out of their way to consummate the deal, but I'm sure they didn't lose any money. Additionally, I was told that my trade-in offer was from a national office and they had no control over the offer. Ironically, even though their 1st offer was absolutely a slap in the face, they finally agreed to a price. I picked up the car and the ONLY person who was there to "congratulate" me on my new vehicle was a young lady who had more interest in watching me drive away as quickly as possible than actually showing me how things operated. If I didn't have a question, she didn't have much to say. Sad.... A problem was discovered after taking the car home and even though I contacted, in writing, the General Manager, the Sales Manager and the Sales Associate, NONE of them bothered to respond. No phone call. No email. No text. NOTHING. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. I absolutely LOVE my vehicle but have no respect for the group of "professionals" who manage this dealership.

Great Experience

I had a great experience leasing a new Q7. Joe Peer was my sales person and he was great to work with. Prompt, proactive follow up and very knowledgeable. Very happy with this dealership and the people in sales and finance.

I was considering an Audi Q5, but wasn't certain how it compares to Lexus or BMW. Joe Peer was our salesperson and he explained and showed me why Audi was the best choice and I did decide to lease it. Joe's knowledge and experience were truly beneficial and I feel very comfortable with my decision. My husband was impressed and that's hard to do! First class dealership, too!

Disappointed

Walk in to an open door at 8:20 on a Thursday evening....we were ignored. Approached an associate who told us we weren't noticed since they closed at 8pm. Excellent buyers with 800+ credit score we walked out will keep looking.

2009 MKS Purchase
