I would like to Thank Sean and Mark Attaii for their incredible service. They made things so easy for me. The financing was so easy and straight forward. The brothers worked together so good as team. We finalized my deal in about one hour and I drove off the lot with a 2016 VW Tiguan. Since then I have corresponded with Sean via email and he answered every question I had. I cannot forget to mention the Technician Raphi. Awesome guy. He explained a lot of things to me about my car and replaced a tail light today in about 20 minutes. He also tracked down a back-up battery for my key. I would recommend West Coast Auto to anyone who is looking for an excellent used car. The cars in their lot are so clean. Excellent car buying experience. Very friendly and HELPFUL. We got there late and they never once acted rushed, even though we were there past closing. Shopped and read car ads for months and they had the perfect car at a great price. Plus got me better financing than the banks were offering. Can't go wrong with West Coast Auto Financing.

You don't often find a user car dealership with this level of service as well as a sales staff that you can trust to stand behind their product. Not only do they have a great inventory, but they take pride in the cars that they select to sale, and make the buying process simple and painless. It is immediately apparent that Mark and Saen are part of the community to whom they sell their cars, and were a tremendous asset in helping me through the process. I drove 83 miles to buy a 2009 Toyota Matrix XRS; I looked everywhere for this car, and only a few exists at a fair to high prices; however, West Coast Auto Finance had the car at a great price...well worth the drive. No hassles, no used car dealer tactics here! They are honest, straightforward, and willing to help in anyway they can....got me a great APR to finance the car....This is where I'm going to buy my teen her car. It's rare to get good customer service, and its even harder to find a dealer you can trust. My wife loved the car, loved the price, and said I made a great choice. YooHooooo!!!!

You won't hear those two words used too often to describe a car buying experience. I was looking for a truck and specifically a 2001-2004 Tacoma which is difficult to find, let alone with low miles and as well maintained as the one I am replacing. I searched high and low and West Coast Auto Finance had the exact model I was looking for. The price seemed high until I found out all of the maintenance performed on the truck. Having owned a Tacoma for 14 years, I know the vehicle inside and out. All of the things that were replaced were routine maintenance after 100K miles. The fact that Mark was not only up front but actually took on the responsibility of inspecting and servicing the vehicle prior to the sale is remarkable. Taking that into consideration, the price I paid was terrific and I had sound piece of mind driving off the lot that all of the servicing to date was up to Toyota's recommendations. The truck runs great and I look forward to another 14+ years driving it. Thanks Mark!

The owner and all the staff is very courteous helpful and they go above and beyond to work with your personal set of circumstances, I had very bad credit and they kept looking for options for me, a relatively small down payment and I drove off the lot same day with a very reliable Honda civic. I will definitely look to buy my next car there. Thank you guys very much for caring. Ps I foolishly left my car on and was charging a phone and my car wasn't starting I panicked thinking that it was not reading my key. I called and I believe it was mark he was calm and diagnosed the issue over the phone saying I need a jump. He was absolutely right. Thanks again.

From the time I first saw their listing and called the dealership, Mark has been nothing but perfect!! I had been in a car accident that totaled my car and had to get a replacement right away. They helped me secure financing that was challenging and had me in the car that same day. They even stayed late so I could make the drive to get to them. They were sensitive to my situation of being injured and just made the deal happen!! Without hesitation, I would refer them to anyone. As a side note... I do not give out reviews easily. The service here is excellent. The salesmen are friendly and helpful and don't pressure you into things you don't need. They helped deal with the bank and took care of all the paperwork. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.
