Hello I purchased my vehicle with an extended warranty...
Hello I purchased my vehicle with an extended warranty from this car dealer in July 2019. I had other financing through another institution but finance guy advised me that he can get me better financing and he also offered me a zero dollar deductible on my extended warranty. I went to get my vehicle serviced at heritage in Baltimore where I live. The extended warranty still showed in the system for $100 dollar deductible. I began making calls to the extended warranty company, Ourisman Chevy etc. The extended warranty company confirmed that It showed $100 deductible. I made several attempts to speak with a manger or someone in finance left my name and number never received a back. I had to drive to the Bowie to get some service. I got there I was speaking with Jordy Williams the manager who gave me an extremely hard time because the zero deductible had been written in pen and initialed by the old finance manager who no longer worked at this location. Jordy Williams looked up in his system and she said that it showed zero deductible he then asked someone who was currently working in the finance department to check out the paper and she said that it was $100 adoptable and then she cannot confirm the other finance managers are initials so not only were they telling me that he sees a zero dollar deductible but now she's saying it's $100 and basically implying that I was lying or I forged this man's signature or his initials on the paper on Jordy Williams told me at that time that the lady in finance couldn't change the paperwork he couldn't change the paperwork and the man on the building couldn't change the paperwork . Implying the owner of Ourisman could not change this paperwork. I believe the GM told Jordy where the previous finance guy worked and eventually got me the number to the guy who signed this paper. I got on the phone places him on speaker phone and he advised them Jordy Williams and the other people in the office that he did sign it and I should have a zero dollar deductible and that it needed to be changed by someone in the accounting office. Jordy Williams took a copy of my paperwork and stated he would contact me when everything was changed. I would never recommend any want to go to this Ourisman Chevy do not purchase a vehicle from them they are never available to answer the phone. I was treated like I forged this manager's initials I was disrespected and treated rudely. I still haven't spoken with anyone about the change in my deductible.

Lots of people in the service department doing things other than waiting on customers. Annoying 10 minute wait. The lounge has no WiFi so you’re stuck in this place in dire need of a facelift.

A tire rotation at Ourisman might kill you.
I brought my truck into Ourisman Chevrolet for a tire rotation and some recall work. When I came back to pick it up, I noticed a vibration as I was driving. At first I shrugged it off as tire wear differences due to the rotation. I picked up my son and drove home. As I was driving, I noticed a thumping sound when I hit the breaks and the vibration was getting worse. When I got home, I pulled on the tires. Front left was fine. When I pulled on the front right...it moved! I popped the hub cap off and two of the lug nuts were barely on the posts and all the rest of them were spinning freely. No-one had even attempted to tighten those lugs. Had I driven for a few more miles, I might not have been alive to write this review.

Pathetic customer concern after they make a sale :(
BRAD HAMILTON (Director of sales is a JOKE) Acts as if he cares & than when it’s time to show support, he could care less in client services. Makes a sale but than Is HORRIBLE; in showing any kindness, it’s a disgrace to our Race. KEITH KOBB was friendly & very helpful. Its the boss of the employees that makes this place negative for customers, which is really sad 😞

Worst Customer Service experience ever
This was the worst Chevrolet Dealership I have ever been to. I have owned Chevy’s for over 25 years, and will re-think buying my next one much less any car from the Bowie/Annapolis area after this service. Service desk staff was courteous. When I asked about the status of my Oil change, after having waited over 2 hours, in a waiting room with no Wi-Fi or Cellular coverage, I was informed that my truck had not even been pulled into the bay yet. When I asked for my keys back and asked to speak to the manager, Bryan, the Service Manager, informed me that 2 to 3 hours is normal for an Oil Change and that the appointment time is not indication of when your car will be serviced (which I understand, but for an oil change that takes 20 minutes, nobody would wait 3 hours into Traffic, during Rush Hour). No mention of this when I was asked if I would be waiting on my vehicle or dropping it off, or when I checked my car in. I was actually informed that it could take up to an hour and a half. This is a poor reflection on any Ourisman Dealership, and the worst customer service I have dealt with. Evidently my time and business are not important to them.

Mrs. Chandler
Service Advisors Medric mills and John are the absolute best, hands down. Or maybe I should say hands up. Never had an issue with them in all my more than 20 years at the various ourisman dealerships. I have been to Rockville location, Wheaton and bowie.
