Would you believe a 5 star rating for a car dealership
Would you believe a 5 star rating for a car dealership service department? We hit a pothole in I78 and had the sidewall of one tire destroyed. We pulled to the side of the road and used our Lexus Emergency button. The operator arranged for a flatbed to rescue us and it arrived within 40 minutes. Meanwhile we phoned Lexus of the Lehigh Valley. The service department was wonderful. We arranged a loaner car and they were waiting for us when we arrive just before they closed for the day. Very quickly we were on our way home (near Philadelphia). Our car was repaired mid-morning the next day and then they drove my car to our house to exchange for the loaner - at no cost!

Tried to buy an SUV but salesman did not return calls on
Tried to buy an SUV but salesman did not return calls on at least two different occasions. While he was supposed to get back to me I was forced to follow up with him instead. This delay resulted in apparantly losing the vehicle to another person. The only way I found this out was, of course, me folllowing up with the salesman due to no return call. I do not normally give negative reviews but this was so frustrating.

My wife and I purchased a 2025 LEXUS ES from Dmitri and it could have not have been easier. He answered all of our questions and made the purchase smooth and seamless. This circumvented the normal hassle of buying a new car.

Through him we were able easily to arrange financing for the vehicle. In addition, I had questions about the operation of the car and called him several times. He was always very kind and prompt in answering us and in resolving our problems. His help has been essential to our experience in purchasing and in getting used to the car. This dealership is outstanding, I cant even find the words to explain the wonderful experiences I have had. They go over anad above to help yo. We moved no matter what I did I could not get garage door connected, they actually sent 2 techs Marco and David down to try and do it, unbelievable, The Service department, has to be number one in the world. Diana Meixsell is absolutely wonderful.I got a flat tire and was having a very stressful day due to situations out on my control, had to wait 3 hours for a tire change, my donut was put on, when I got home I called and asked Diana if they could pick up my car and ge me a tire, tire could not be repaired, Sge sent someone done and left me a loaner, my car is 1 year old and Michelin quit making tgat tire so tgey had difficulty finding one. After several days they found it, changed it and put everything from the donut and tools back in, all this time I ad the loaner. That is what I call outstanding service an fortunately for me I had purchased tire and wheel insurance. Thank you Diana, On my previous Lexus I had an issue and had dealings with Luke Whary, once again I had outstanding service, I have never seen service like LOLV and it’s service advisors as well as the technicians. In sales Yanni, John and Dan make the purchasing process so easy and well explained.. These terms are the self-stated business ethic of Lexus of Lehigh Valley and very accurately describe my recent purchase of a new Lexus ES300h. Customer Experience Manager Shannon George managed all aspects of my transaction from initial deposit (on an in-transit vehicle) to a seamless right-off-the-truck delivery about 10 days later. Shannon was delightful to work with - no red tape or gimmicks - and she models the unique character of LoLV perfectly. I will also mention Dylan Reid, another standup manager at LoLV, who allowed me to test drive an ES hybrid late in 2023. Dylan was wise enough to answer my questions and allow the car to sell itself. None of the usual, uncomfortable arm-twisting. For my wife and I, this was truly a "peaceful experience" all around! Not to mention a wonderful, sharp car, too!
