They kept us sitting for almost an hour and then
They kept us sitting for almost an hour and then pressured us to buy overpriced extended warranties. Gap insurance became an issue over timing and cost. I wish we had bought the car somewhere else. We will never take it here for service.

Told me my car had a branded title and then turned around
Told me my car had a branded title and then turned around and sold it. they provided me with the wrong car fax on my vehicle prior to trade in ensuring me it was my car it had just been painted. When I asked where he got the vin number from he said the door which does not match the vin on paperwork he provided me with. I was also then told it was from the dash.. However that was never the case and the dealership knew that they provided wrong information to a clean titled car so they could have a detailers buddy buy it. When reaching out they tried to say that didn’t happen however I have the proof of original vin number and the one they provided me with before trade in. I was told I’d receive a call back and that never happened. So watch your salesman and who u buy cars from especially Evansville Kenny Kent Chevy and save your time and money and go elsewhere. The manager Matt won’t return calls and your salesman is always gone when you call.

For parts and service had a warranty on my 1995 chevy 1500 pickup got the notice went to dealer here in evansville Kenny k. The notice says your windshield wiper motor has problems take it here . Well just so happened to be a 1995 never replaced so I go , they order it . Install good deal right I figure well chevy did me a solid . Nope , this is evansville should have known better . Ok wipers stopped working went back in spoke to service written Richard says ok have seat in lobby we will look at it 2 hrs later I get a txt he says we think it's the internals of the wiper motor ,I'm getting u a quote . Nope I think whooo this is a warranty. Here's the scam Richard tells me Nope we didn't replace the W.Motor we replaced a different part . So I say what we all would say . What do you mean a different part I came here on a wiper motor warranty he really gives me nothing back looked up the work order and says yea the warranty dept does that . I say ok how long to get it in right he says let me finish your quote . And of coarse I hop a little and wind up saying this is pityful what your doing . So I have no wipers . Have not gotton a return call from parts service anybody . So if you have heard of this little scam or not be leary of kenny kent and anything say say or do to your veh . I'll be going back . Money hungry. Long game, title clerk is clueless, finance manager is hungry for $. The only person worth anything is the sales manager. They will lie to you, then make you feel like you’re an idiot. It’s a shame people are this way but makes sense if you work in the auto industry. I would not recommend buying anything from this place. They will do whatever in their power to take as much money as possible. While screwing up little details such as the title, loan, and even your name. Very little attention to detail. With all of the car dealerships in Evansville. Stay away from this one. Bad news.

I paid to take to dodge dealer, they fixed it easily. Too little, too late. If manager Matt Elpers couldn't/wouldn't help me, who can, lol. I stand by my review.
