Great dealership
After terrible experiences at two other dealerships with overpriced vehicles and pushy sales, this place was great. Our sales associate, Bill was very knowledgable while not being pushy. We were also there with a preteen and a baby and since it took a few hours, we really appreciated how friendly the rest of the staff was as well. My family has purchased 3 other vehicles from this location. Definitely recommend.

Friendly and casual experience
Went to this dealership twice. First time was my initial look at the 2018 CRV. The second time I brought my wife. Both time I dealt with Charlie Lim. Charlie was very knowledgeable of the car. He explained all the major feature and was able to answer all of our questions. I would strongly recommend Charlie to anyone looking to buy a Honda.

You need patience, but so worth it!
We had a fabulous sales person, Jeff Saxton, who was very knowledgeable and quickly responded to all of our questions. It was the first time that we had this type of experience buying a car. No "pushy" salesman talk. Actually - it was very interesting to see how Jeff could balance wanting to make the sale with not being a pushy salesman that tells you anything to make the sale. He was refreshing!! My only "less-than-positive" comment would be the time it all took. We got there at 2:00 pm and did not get out until close to 9:00. However, Nicole in finance was our last stop and she made that part of the process so smooth and quick. And after all that time, we got to leave there with the most beautiful Honda Accord Touring model!! We love it!

My 2nd worst experience
I was looking to buy a new Honda Odyssey and since Burns Honda is less than 5 miles away, I thought of giving them a try for the second time. My experience with Burns for the first time in 2009 was awful and it had been 9 years already so I thought things would have changed by now. But I was completely wrong. I was told by sales rep. that they want my business since I live in the same town as they are and that they would do whatever it takes to earn local businesses around. As they said, I did my research and got quotes from two dealership that were extremely low. I took these quotes to Burns Honda on Monday (06/18/2018) and not to my surprise, the sales rep. Michael Dibiaso refused to match the lowest quote. He agreed to match the quote that was second lowest and told me that I am getting that price only if I buy enhancement package from them. This was not mandatory before and now since I bought another quote, Mike mandated it. Burns Honda's enhancement package included wheel locks ($87), splash guards ($104) and trunk tray ($114), a total of $305. They were mandating me this package for $595, which was double of what their prices are on Honda official accessories website. This place is a total rip-off and I advise everyone to look around for other dealership. I wish there was a feature to upload photos so that I could upload their quote that they gave me with this enhancement package, but you may refer to my google review for pic of the quote. Mike, instead of convincing me, started to bad mouth about other dealerships and tried to warn me about other dealerships. My entire experience was worst and a total waste of my 50 mins of time. They don't keep their commitments and they speak very sweet on phone to get you in. Once you are in, they put all sorts of extra charges and make them mandatory for you to pay. I wish I could put zero stars in this review. I also found out that Burns Honda is not a certified Honda dealer on dealerrater.com. I left Burns Honda and went to another dealership 18 miles away (Davis Honda, a certified Honda Dealer in Burlington, NJ) and the sales guy didn't only match the lowest quote but also beat it by $250. The enhancement kit that they offered (not mandated) was at much lower price than Burns Honda and included twice the accessories at significantly lower cost than Burns Honda. Davis Honda guys were very courteous and respectful and did what they committed to me over the phone. I strongly recommend you to try Davis Honda over Burns Honda on any day for any vehicle. They will not disappoint you.
