There truly aren’t words strong enough to express my

There truly aren’t words strong enough to express my gratitude for everyone at Burns Honda. A 1 to 5 rating could never capture their level of professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. If I had to rate them, it would be a trillion on a scale of 1 to 5. Months ago, when I purchased my first car there, Mr. Naji, the general manager, helped me every step of the way. Later, when my car was totaled in an accident, I reached out to him again. Without hesitation, he picked up right away and connected me to their senior sales consultant, making sure everything was taken care of as though I were family. He was so sincere and thoughtful, and the first thing he asked was if I was okay, and that meant so much to me. He immediately got everything rolling to help me get into another car. Mr. Joey was wonderful to work with. He was pleasant, professional, dedicated, and incredibly patient. He gave me his personal phone number, answered every question promptly, and made sure every detail was perfect, from insurance and financing to the condition of the car itself (staying up until 10 PM to finish my paperwork the day before). When I arrived, everything was ready, spotless, and exactly as promised. Mr. Adrian was also phenomenal. He was honest, warm, and responsive when discussing pricing, and I knew I was getting the best deal in New Jersey. Mr. Dave in finance took excellent care of me. He explained everything clearly, helped secure the best possible insurance, and went above and beyond to make sure the process was seamless and stress-free. Every person I met radiated kindness and sincerity. You can feel that they genuinely care about the people who walk through their doors, not just about selling a car. I will forever be a Burns Honda customer and won’t even consider going anywhere else. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who wants to be treated with honesty, respect, and genuine humanity. If you are looking for a Honda, this is the only place in New Jersey you should go. Both times I bought a car there, the process was so smooth I was in and out in an hour and a half. They even checked in after my accident to wish me well and make sure I was safe. That’s who they are, people who care about you as a human being. I truly don’t know how to express how grateful I am to every single person there. They are phenomenal, extraordinary human beings, and I feel blessed to have met them. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart for everything. I am grateful to be a part of Burns Honda family💖!

Zavier G was great to work with, very kind and helpful and did not seem pushy or like he just wanted a sale. Took a few nights of his time to make sure we were happy and got the best deal. Would highly recommend to anyone

We have purchased several cars at Burns Honda over the years… always had a good experience… Lewandy is still learning but was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. I took my car to burns Honda.

I took my car to burns Honda. I paid and the machine said approved. They didn’t see it in the system and wanted me to swipe again and I said no. It showed approved. They did not see in their system. They asked me to see if I could I could check the bank. I opened up the app and it showed hold which a purchase always says. The advisor took my phone said can I take this back to my mgr to show. I said It clearing said Honda. They asked if the. Could take my phone to show the service manager. Why he couldn’t get up and come over to see it was ridiculous. I was then told to call the bank. I said it said approved on the machine. My bank app showed Honda. I said give me my keys and I was told they couldn’t give me my car. I said you’re going to hold my car. I said I brought this car here. All my service was Done thst was at this dealership. I have had my car since 2020 with a my payments were made. I now own this car. I said I would never return to this dealership. I can’t believe a service manager would hold my car hostage. As I am yelling about the dealership my transaction is seen in the system. I was then told it was approved. I said give me my card and receipt this place and the people is xxxx. I was then asked if I wanted to talk to the service manage. I said no. Now he wants to talk to me. I got my car and called corporate and complained and was told they couldn’t believe it and apologized. I then called then call the dealership and ask to speak to the general manager. I left a message. I then get a call from the advisor. I said Have the Gm call me. The next call is from service manager I said I’ve asked to speak to him 2 times now. I was then transferred to the gm vm. I left a message. He called back and said thus he was sorry and could offer free serve the next time. An oil change Are you kidding mr. I said spit dealership is a piece. He them said I would hate to lose you as a loc customer. Give me a break. You must be stupid. I will never return to this dealership. I blasted them on social media and was told I should have called the police as they wouldn’t give me my car. Every one told me Turnersville is an amazing place and they care. I emailed the better business bureau. I call corporate back the next day and was told everything gets sent to the dealership. I will never buy a Honda again. I should have been given my money back. I can’t believe the feedback
