I recently bought a new CR-V Hybrid Sport-L AWD from Burns Honda and highly recommend this team. My salesperson, Derek Lane, and the manager, Brianna Ruiz, were helpful and professional throughout the sales process. We ran into a small mathematical pricing discrepancy during the final finance handoff, but the finance department proactively called me back, caught the error, and corrected the contract with an even better promotional interest rate.
