We have purchased many vehicles over the years, traveled far and wide and Cosmo Motors is by far the best we've encountered. We traveled from Michigan, had car trouble on our way down and the owner personally traveled (on a Sunday) 80 miles one way and picked up my stranded vehicle and brought it back to his shop, repaired it and helped us Michiganders out more than you can know. The whole family of service, sales at Cosmo Motors was very generous, friendly and helpful. Thank you Cosmo for everything you did for the three of us. You went over and beyond our expectations. Will definitely do business and make the trip of 600 miles again.

These guys helped me out big time with buying a new car. They bought me breakfast and got me a wonderful deal on the car. They set me up with a warranty with it also. It was the best I have ever been treated by a car place. If you go here talk with Joey he will set you up.

My fiance and I recently purchased a modified performance vehicle from Cosmo motors. The showroom was impeccable and the salesmen were very friendly. The salesmen did a great job with answering all of our questions and if they didn't know, they were on the phone to find the answer! Cosmo motors went above and beyond to aid in the purchase of this vehicle. When the pick up of this vehicle was delayed, the staff kept in constant contact and the finance man even got us a better rate! I would definitely recommend buying a used car from this dealership! My fiance and I felt the staff were very honest and not once did we feel uncomfortable with this purchase! Great experience!

I drove 50 miles on a saturday to view a vehicle they advertised on the internet. When I got there the vehicle was out of order. i decided to go ahead to get financing arranged and was told they would inform me on Monday. Late Tuesday I phoned and they said finance was available. I wanted to go and test the vehicle on Friday. They phoned to say Saturday would be better as they were getting a better rate for me. Saturday at noon they phoned to say they needed proof of employment. I drove through to them and gave them what they required. After an hour of waiting I left as they still never had an answer on finance. I was never offered a test drive and they never asked if I had cash to go with a trade for a deposit, which I did. Minutes after leaving they suddenly had financing available. Needless to say I turned down the offer to buy from them. They are unprofessional, tell lies and first want proof of finance availability before showing a vehicle. Keep away from them.

First things first the Showroom floor is spot on, picture perfect, clean 5 of 5. Salesman are quality people there is no pressure put on you to opt for any extras that you don't want. Salesman works with you to get you exactly what YOU feel like you want not what he feels like you should buy from them. Restrooms are clean well stocked. Waiting area also clean and comfortable. Friendly environment no need to have your guard up. overall I rate them a 5 of 5. will I do business with Cosmo Motors again? YES.
