Over the past six weeks I had to purchase two cars. The first was a replacement car for my daughter. Matt mad the experience pleasant for both my daughter and I. They gave me more for my trade-in then most were offering. They were competitive with their financing as well. After I purchased the car, I found out it needed new brake pads. They didn't hassle me about it and replaced them at no cost event though they didn't contractually have to.
