A Great Place To Go

Jackie my Sales Woman was great through out my process. She kept in contact with me until I was finally able to make arrangements to get down there to look at the vehicle that I was interested in. I recommend this location because of the quality of both the cars and the process of buying. Great attitude all around.

Purchased a lemon

I purchased a 2003 Acura TL on Friday, June 12th around 5pm. By 7pm that same Friday, the car started to leak anti-freeze, the check engine light came on. The car would not pass inspection on Monday, June 15th because the driver's side headlight was not working. It cost $214 to replace the light with the bulb as I had to replace the whole casing since it was cracked. Once the headlight and casing casing was replaced, it passed inspection and as I drove from the inspection line, the car ran hot. The car was taken to the mechanic who made the following repairs to keep the car from running hot: Radiator cooling fan on the driver's side and radiator cap. The mechanic also ran a diagnostic on the car and stated the following needed to be repaired: Both from struts (left is leaking), oil pan is leaking, engine oil leaking behind timing covers, valve covers are leaking oil, power steering pump leaking, cruise control cable unplugged, check engine light on with the following codes: P0301, P0303, P0305, P0300, transmission code found P0740, ABS codes found 28-2, 31-2, 61-1. This car is totally inoperable and I have only had it for 7 days. During the sale I asked the representative for a car fax, I was told that there wasn't one but she did show a report that stated there was nothing wrong with the car.

Purchased a lemon

Where are my tags???

Bought a car in March. Love it good car. Everything up to the point of getting my tags was cake..trying to get my tags has become an annoting process with this place.different staff memebers telling me different things. Being put on hold for literally 20 mins and nobody got back to me...i still have to get to work my kids still have to get to daycare and camp..so I'm taking chances riding with expired tags all because it seems like no one knows what is going on....i turned in my inspection paperwork last Wed..the lady at the front desk told me that by Tues they should be there...ive never seen her before by the way....but then I called Friday and I think shr said her name was Arei..i asked her if my tags are there shr told me 10 to 15 business days..now I'm irritated....so you mean to tell me that if my temp tags expire lets say the 10th..and I get my inspection papers turned in to the auto auction on the 7th....i wouldnt be able to get my permant tags until the 17th??....how does that work???....so what if I get pulled over??...what then??....what am I not suppose to got to work so I can support my family??...are my kids no supposed to go to school?...all because of ypur "10-15 business days"...but y'all wanted that 1500 up front though right??...yeah exactly...what a joke....i wont refer anyone to buy or finance a car from you...this is ridiculous....i bet you got your tags in time and wasnt taking chances because you still have to make a living....right..smh

USED CAR REVIEW

I had one issue with the sales rep (Steven) . He can be very rude and unprofessional over the phone. After dealing with him the Manager Zurly help me out big time. i was upset about having issues with one of the cars i bought from them. Zurly was very Professional even tho i was angry. She was able to make arrangements to get my car fix. it took few weeks, about 3 weeks, but i understand they can be very busy at times. so be patience...Now i am just waiting to get my car out of their shop. i would recommend this space to anyone. if you are looking for cheap used car. plus side they have warrantee on all cars

walked in there yesterday but one car finance to another Steve is a great guy excellent customer service I will recommend anyone to go to this place the great no issues with the cars.. they are even reasonable with offers I made an offer they granted it I walked away a happy customer
