I knew about this company through capital one. Happy I found them through the site. Dealt with Bob and Chad who were super helpful and friendly happy with my purchase!

I bought a Cadillac cts from auto direct cars. I was greeted comfortably and was not pushed into a purchase. Had a very good experience with buying my first car. Sean And Bob were very helpful.

The owner was awful. The customer service person we first spoke with kept telling us to hurry up and get there because we were an hour drive away and they closed in 2 hours. When we got there the owner was all about their great reviews and how good they are with customers. When my husband took it for a test drive everyone stood outside watching waiting for him to come back and watching me in our car with my kids. Then when we came in the owner was telling us about the maintenance he put into the car and how we should buy their 1000 dollar warranty when we were telling him he was asking 1000 dollars over what it was listed for and it made him much higher than his competitors he asked what competitors as a car dealer I would think you would know your competitors or at least what a car should be worth. So he dropped the price and took off the warranty. We asked if there was a 2nd set of keys he said he didn't know another thing you would think he would know of since he is selling the car. He came back a few minutes later and offered to make a second set of the keys if we buy the Warranty we still insisted on not buying it a few minutes later he came with the 2nd set of keys and said oh yeah I found a 2nd set for you. He kept rushing us to get stuff done and he rushed through the paperwork and then prided himself on how quickly he got us out of there barely going through all the paperwork. He wasn't very knowledgeable at all I highly recommend going somewhere else for better customer service.

I'm usually not big on buying used cars, but this was an AMAZING experience. From walking in the door to Driving off the lot everyone was great. Bonnie, Chad, Bob and Michael all helped me get into a Ford Fiesta ST even with my less then perfect credit. They were fast, friendly, honest and very professional. I highly recommend buying here if you need a vehicle.

Very pleased....made the process easy. Adjusted terms to meet my request. Very clean vehicles with low miles. Will do business again without hesitation in the futures. Showroom very impressive. Would reccomend to anyone.
