Upon arriving i was greeted by the owners and dealt with them through the entire process. It was a streamline process from start to finish. I searched for a used car for over a month before stopping at Auto Direct. I stopped in and about an hour later I knew I was going to purchase a car there. Bob took the time to talk to me and assure me that as the owner he would be involved now and in the future. He handed me his cell phone number that day and said he is available anytime - 24/7. The price on my car was fair and competitive and what was better was that everything Bob said would get done - actually got done. Auto Direct has a new long time customer.

This was good. Great customer service fast and precise work being done. The car was in top shape didn’t have any issues fixing minor cosmetics detailing and even gave gas money i love it here.

Sean Lucas was they person that contacted me and let me know all of the information that I needed to know on the herb and Bob Rothberg is the owner and he gave me a grate understanding of what his dealership was about and and how he could help me even when I leave the dealership.

Very professional customer service is very excellent they gave me alot of knowledge on the vehicle that I was trying to purchase I purchase a 2014 Acura MDX certified. Mr.Bob & Chad got my financing so where I would like it to be and they got me driving off the lot today

I was looking to upgrade my old Acura to something newer Acura TL and Auto Direct had just what I was looking for. Color, trim level all added up to what I wanted and so did the monthly payment. Good communication from everyone I spoke it. Show room has just about everything for any one looking for a car. I would definitely recommend Bob and his team.
