Write a reviewI purchased a 2023 Maserati Levante from this dealership,
I purchased a 2023 Maserati Levante from this dealership, which was only one year old. The description seemed perfect, the vehicle came with a dealership warranty, and the Carfax report was clean. I paid the full asking price, and the car was delivered to my home five days later. However, I discovered that it only came with one key. When I called the dealership to inquire about this, Alexandria was very rude and claimed that all vehicles are sold "as-is," even though there was no mention anywhere that the car only came with one key. I requested to speak with a manager, but she refused to transfer my call and hung up on me. I called back two more times, and both times my calls were disconnected. I also texted Rosie, who had initially assisted me during the purchase, asking her to check for the second key, but I received no response. When I called again and requested to speak with a manager, I was told the manager was unavailable. Despite leaving a message for the manager, I have yet to receive a response. I feel cheated, as a one-year-old car should include everything it originally came with, and if something was missing, the dealership should have disclosed it in the listing. For anyone considering buying a car from this dealership, I strongly advise you to double-check that nothing essential is missing—otherwise, you might end up with more surprises than you bargained for!

Ariana Pena at Passport
I purchased, on line, a 2022 BMW from Passport Motor Auto Leasing. I was completely satisfied with the experience and car when it was delivered. Kudos especially go out to my contact person, Ariana Pena. She was amazing to work with and a totally awesome individual. She made the experience much more attractive having never purchased a auto on line before. Of course, some hesitation as you don't know who you are dealing with especially in sending a large cashier check. She made me feel at ease and displayed trust worthiness. Wonderful person and delight to work with. I would definitely recommend Passport and Ariana Pena.

Shady dealer in my opinion
Car was advertised as not being in any wrecks and 1 owner. On 6/27/23 (the first day after receiving the vehicle from the dealer) the moon roof got stuck open and wouldn't close. I had to take it back and the dealer and they reprogrammed the car stating that this is normal sometimes after cars have been sitting on the lot for a while. The next day on 6/28/23 I noticed the front driver side tire was low on air pressure (at 27 psi per dash indicator) and filled it up to 35 psi. My wife left the next morning for Oklahoma in the new car, and while driving on the highway, a chunk of the run-flat came off the tire about 2 to 3 inches wide and 7 to 10 inches long. We had car towed to a discount tire and found out the tire that malfunctioned was a 3 year older tire (2016) that was put on the car. We felt uncomfortable about the rest of the tires and put 4 new tires on the car. On July 4th when my wife returned, I noticed tire pressure warning light was on again. I aired it up and 2 days later the same thing. I took car up to Discount Tire to have the front driver side tire checked out to see if seal on new tire was off, and they reported that the rim had a crack in it. I informed the dealership that the car must have been in some sort of accident due to my findings and they refused to help pay for the tires or the rim. I then took the car to a collision repair shop to have them inspect it to see if there might be any other signs of damage, and they found signs of a re-paint job and that the back door was not aligned properly and could tell some work had been done to it but didn’t know the extent. They wouldn’t dig into it unless I was filing a claim with insurance, because they didn’t want to be liable if they couldn’t put it back together for any reason. I then informed the dealership that I took the car to a collision repair shop and informed them of their findings and even had it in writing that I sent to them, and they still refused to stand behind their product or do anything about it. I told them the main selling points for my wife and I were that the Carfax and Auto Check both showed a clear title with no accidents, 1 owner and low milage. They informed me that there was nothing they will do about it and would not take back the car and that its my issue to deal with now. We also had an issue where dealership was not sending in the pay-off to my bank for the car I traded in. The dealership waited so long to turn it in that the loan accrued interest and when they finally did it, they expected me to make up the difference. I had the manager of my bank contact the dealership to discuss the issue and he found out that his agent doing my loan sent the dealership the payoff amount electronically, and they supposedly had trouble opening it and just sat on it after that. He finally convinced the dealership that this was not my fault, but there’s, and they agreed to pay the difference. However when the dealership did send in the payoff, it was still short (approx $175.00) and he had to contact them again to try to get the correct pay-off and I’m still not sure if that was done yet or not.

We worked with Ariana. She was very pleasant and was knowledgeable about the cars. So, far so good. The transaction was smooth and far superior than the show rooms

Awesome Dealership Experience
I traveled to Plano, TX to buy my car from Passport. It’s an awesome, family business that is very selective in the cars it offers, and ensures absolute customer satisfaction. Very pleasant staff, they address all questions or concerns thoroughly, and it’s obvious they know theirs cars and take immense pride in their cars and in making sure their customers are happy. Super pleasant and knowledgeable folks. And, as a bonus, they offer their cars at a very fair and competitive price. I certainly know the first place I’m looking the next time I need to buy a car!

Excellent Dealership
Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. No haggle, no pressure, friendly staff. I got the car I wanted with the terms I needed. Great buying experience. Just wish there was more parking for customers. Definitely referring friends when they need new cars.

Disappointing On Multiple Fronts
After over 6 months I haven’t received multiple items related to my purchase despite being promised numerous times that they would ship within days. The BMW 750i that I purchased has had ongoing mechanical issues that weren’t disclosed by Passport staff or the owner who I dealt with directly. If these omissions are a result of carelessness, lack of follow through or an intent to deceive it is unclear but I would approach any transaction with them with caution.
