After over 6 months I haven’t received multiple items related to my purchase despite being promised numerous times that they would ship within days. The BMW 750i that I purchased has had ongoing mechanical issues that weren’t disclosed by Passport staff or the owner who I dealt with directly. If these omissions are a result of carelessness, lack of follow through or an intent to deceive it is unclear but I would approach any transaction with them with caution.

I've purchased 8 BMW over the last 10 years from Ben. He is thoroughly dependable, honest dealer I've ever worked with. He has never tried to sell me cars - but always helps me buy the right car for me and my family. I also take my cars for service to Passport motors; Arthur the service manager has been absolutely fabulous with his attention, courtesy and fair price. If you are looking for a dependable, used BMW - I don't think you will go wrong with Ben and Passport motors.

Great service was provided, but I'm having issues with the passenger seat that needs corrected. The manager at Passport Motor's was very friendly and helpful and we truly enjoyed working with him.

We went to buy a car for my wife after we saw that on Edmonds. The dealership was very different from any other. They were Very friendly making the process smooth very fair and honest. Ben was great helping through all the way. Very pleasant experience.

PASSPORT was very professional and accommodating. Car was as advertised. No issues! They even gave us a fantastic recommendation for a transportation company to ship the car to CA, where my son is in college. Graduation and Law School gift. Absolutely flawless, effective and accurate transaction. I have asked these folks to be on the look out for another car I am interested in, as I would not hesitate to buy from them again.
