Take the vehicle to a reputable mechanic before u buy and after that u won't buy there they cover things up so problems don't show up until later when it will cost u lots of money for repairs cadilit converter was tricked with to last just a few months before going bad as was the drive shift and boot these are tricks dishonest dealers do I brought the jeep to to reputable mechanics and the first word out of both was who the xxxx sold u this jeep like this! Also check the mileage is correct ask for a history of vehicle buyer be where !

We've been loyal customers of Northern State Auto and it's owner Mike H. for many years. We've purchased used cars and had repairs done at their facility over those years. I can tell you with extreme confidence that there is no other used car dealer, in the area, that cares about his customers more than Mike does. I have personal experience of his truthfulness, respect and reliability. He will never, ever lie to you to gain your business and then dump you once you are a customer. He stands by each and every vehicle he sells and fixes a lot more that aren't. In fact, we just recently purcha,sed a 2013 Nissan Versa from NSA. Mike knew the 2006 PT Cruiser that we bought from him many, many years ago was on it's last leg. We went to the auction and got us just the right vehicle for our needs. The price was great and the sales/service went very, very smoothly. Thanks to Mike and NSA for being OUR used car dealership though the years and for everything you've done for us in that time. October 2018 My granddaughter needed a car so she could travel back and forth from school to home - one that was reliable and affordable, especially since she would be making payments herself. Since my youngest daughter bought a used car from NSA several years ago and was happy with its performance, we decided to return to the same dealer to see if he could help us find what we needed. When we first went in to talk with Dave, he listened (I mean really listened) to our story. We did not feel rushed nor feel he was trying to push any of the cars he currently had on the lot. Eventually Dave called to say he thought there was a car we might be interested in so we went to look at it. There was no pressure even then to feel we had to buy that car. After test driving the car my granddaughter decided to buy the car especially since it was in her price range. This is the second car my family bought from NSA and we are satisfied with the choices. I stoped in yesterday to fill out an application for a 2007 dodge for my new buissness and he was very friendly and understanding of my circumstances if I am approved for this truck it will be such a blessing very friendly great customer service I recommend anybody to go here first when trying to buy a vehicle

The 2004 Cavalier that I purchased from this dealer had low miles and seemed to be in very good condition when I test drove it. Soon after I picked up the car, it had problem after problem ranging from bad window motor to electrical issues to rusted floor under the carpet to finally a loose control arm that was ready to fall off! Mike said that he was unaware of any of these problems when he sold it, but I don't understand how a car could have so many issues and the dealer claims that he knew of none of these issues! Sorry to say that I will not be buying any more vehicles from Northern State Auto.

It's almost not possible to feel this GREAT about buying a used vehicle but Mike and Marlene made this an experience something we will never forget. From the moment of our first call inquiring about a vehicle right down to the lovely plant they gave us after we purchased the vehicle, you will never find another dealership that will treat you with this level of honesty and excellent customer service. They go far beyond what is required and they will leave you in awe that there are still people today that value good customer relations. I havve brought many car.s from N.S. A. . I even bought cars sight unseen. If I need a new car. Mike Holchuck , the owner, will find me one. He stands by his cars . He will do car repairs for me . And the cost is not out rageious I would recommend anyone to visit Mike and buy one of his cars, you cannot go wrong..

Despite being a very small used car lot and repair shop Northern State Auto has something going for it that 99.9% of auto dealerships whether new or used don't have.....the owner is trustworthy and dependable. Don't let looks fool you!! The other guys might be bigger and fancier but there is no one who will treat you as well as they do here. We have purchased cars and had cars repaired here for over 20+ years. The owner (Mike H.) will not - I repeat will not recommend any repairs on your car that aren't needed. You can absolutely, positively trust him when he tells you something. You've heard the motto 'Our customers are #1'? Well, this is without a doubt the place where the owner and his employees mean it.
