    I was looking to replace my 2008 Explorer with a 2018 Explorer. I stopped in for a test drive and Kala and Scott got me into a better truck than I had... hoped for at an unbelievable payment. I will definitely be back for my next vehicle.

    This past year, I purchased two vehicles from Basil Ford in Niagara Falls, New York. Within the first 30 days of owning my Fusion, my vehicle was towed... back to the dealership to have its battery replaced. Although frusterated, I still opted to make a second purchase a few months later as the sales associate I worked with did provide a great experience. Now after yet my second purchased I again have yet another vehicle that after a short time, needs a new battery. Except this time my 2017 Malibu was taken to this same dealership only to be told, "they cannot diagnosis the issue" and sent it to Fucillo Chevrolet. I than received a call that the battery needed to be replaced at a cost of $440 due to the type of battery, but came with a three year guarantee. Clearly I was confused as to how a battery with such a guarantee would in turn not even last over a year in a vehicle. But, I paid such as required and proceeded to contact Basil with my concerns. Most importantly, this is quite coincidental that TWO vehicles purchased there had faulty batteries, does this dealership acquire vehicles yet fail to maintain them while in their possession prior to re-selling? Also, WHY can they NOT diagnose a battery? How am I to have any confident in future service repairs, especially those required by my extended warranty, recalls or maintance concerns when YOU CANNOT identify the need for a new battery. Clearly, this dealerships goal is to only provide service efficient enough to sell vehicles, but than, as a customer, you better hope there is no need to bring your vehicle back....or you will be disatisfied. Funny, I was asked upon purchase to submit a "review", receiving a call as a reminder. But, after yesterday...no call? Well here it is...do NOT go to this dealership. I am still awaiting a call from John Basil, but was told by Charles he has "no idea" when he will be available. Just like you have "no idea" how to retain customers.

    Bought a used 2014 Durango from basil rode it for 8 months then it broke down. Basil said it was engine trouble. Had it towed there then they sent it over... to Chrysler only to have them say my warranty I purchased through basil didn’t cover repairs. It took a lot of calling and complaining to get the repairs I needed will never shop there again!

    The people were very friendly. I would recommend this dealer to a friend. One complaint is that they didn’t call me when my car was ready, even though... they said that they would. I had to call them . So basically, I was without a car for the majority of the day.

    Casey was wonderful and extremely helpful!!! The Service Team had my truck for 1 day and kept me well informed of what was going on. They listened to... me and what problem I needed addressed and went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed properly. If you need a Service Team that is going to honestly take care of your vehicle and not scam you, bring your vehicle here!! To all of my fellow woman out there, you should feel confident bringing your vehicle here without the worry of being scammed simply because you are a woman (as we would like to think this doesn't happen anymore in today's day, unfortunately it still does at some Dealerships). They were extremely respectful and professional! 5 stars for Basil Ford of NF! Thank you for taking care of my truck!!

    I was looking to replace my mazda speed 3 (I'm older now needed a better daily car) and was very impressed by the selection of used cars. I ended... up buying a Chrysler 200. I told the salesman( Jack White) what i was looking in a car and I was instantly in love with the fully equipped 200. When it came to financing Matt Ramsdell found a price point that was easy for me to pay (less then 150 a month) with a lifetime bumper to bumper warranty. I always have all my service done at the Niagara Falls location and Frank is the best, always tells me what I need and what I don't have to do right away. Fantastic dealership all in one buying and service in one place
