Buying salesman did good

Sales man was good service after stinks told them of shake and noise transmission told normal which isn't they also said,well we're not Chevy mechanic which not good at all since I bought Chevy from them so nothing fixed just come back cause admitted tires are bad but want me to buy them which is not right I just bought the truck didn't have it a day before complained as far as transmission no idea how get that fixed guess you need take mechanic to buy anything no days because all dealers seem be rip offs I'm going let veteran lawyers and groups all know not yo do business with basil I know they do cars for vets every year but buyers be were big cover for rest of year it seems to me and now I find alot more complaining I'll contact lawyer as on tranmssion see what to do since there mot suppose whine and go hard into gear that is not normal

Service Department

Service department is excellent at Basil Ford Niagara Falls. They explained all work prior to starting and again upon completion. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Oil change

I went for my 1 and only free oil change. It took over an hour and a half. That was with an appointment. I wasnt impressed

Programming for new brake controller

Stopped in and saw Ed in parts to pick up a brake controller for my ‘16 F-150 for a weekend DIY install...Ed was great and super polite! Then scheduled the programming, from the receptionist to the speed of service, everything was great!

2003 Diesel Excursion

Took my truck in for a long list of items to be repaired. Service advisor Brian was very instrumental in getting my truck fixed and worked with me regarding the “need to have” and “nice to have” items so that I could stay within my budget and ensure that it was safe to drive. A real people person! Will be doing business with them again!

Staff is wonderful and courteous. They got my vehicle in right away for service and I was out of there in no time at all.

Sold me a lemon

Bought a used truck from them, within 2 months I had to put a new battery and tires on it. I also learned that the air conditioner never worked. I took it to them twice and after a week they told me they would not fix it. In addition their service department is unfriendly and not helpful

No help at all for death wobble

I took my F250 super duty in for the 3rd time because of the front end shaking uncontrollably when I hit a bump on the highway. First 2 times they replaced the steering stabilizer shock. Now they say that they can’t make it do it when they drive it so they can’t help me. So I took the “manager” on a ride and it started to shake when I hit a bump but this time it stopped shaking on its own so he said that’s not good enough. Sorry. It needs to keep shaking until I have to slow down to make it go away. What a bs answer. I’ve just about had it with this place.

BASIL, BASIL Flat out Liars

I wanted to buy a $62,000 truck today. Sometimes you just can't get a deal done and that is fine however when deal didn't happen because the sales manager flat out lied on the car fax report to make your vehicle worth far less that it is worth its disgusting. I own a 2015 Jeep Rubicon with 38015 on it. That is 10,000 less than it should at this point. Never been in an accident and has no scratches or dents. It has several accessories like navigation and a tow package just to name a few. The interior has no rips or scratches so you get the idea. The sales girls face grimaced when we looked at the report which said the Jeep had 43,000 miles. It did not include any of the added accessories and put the condition as fair all to make the trade in price much lower than it should of been. Shame on them today. The sales manager would not even come greet us. PLEASE DON'T BUY YOUR VEHICLE FROM THE BASIL LIARS.
