Quick honest work did a good job better than most shops

The service was quick and they did a good job with the tires I’ve had tire shops try to take off the fake lug nuts on the hub caps with an impact but they realized to pull them off to take the wheels off I’m very happy with the service

Worst dealership in AMERICA

I took my car to be repaired my car sat st dealership for whole month an nothing i had dropped off for was fixed except 1 thing but the main reason I took it in was rearend assembly an it took them 3 weeks to contact me I had to call them actually otherwise my car would still be sitting in there lot I took th car there cause of the warranty an that’s where I bought the car otherwise I wouldn’t have the lied to me several times an made several excuses why nothing got done except the radio if they were on fire an I had to unrinate I wouldn’t piss on them to put them out that’s how terrible this dealership was An is to this date

Basil ford was there for me !!!!

I was alone with no one to help me with a flat tire they sent someone to come get me put the donut on to get me to basil on s holiday weekend as the ford roadside never called me back the guys there are wonderful and I’m so appreciative that there are good people out there just sorry I did not get my ford from them

no repair done

I originally took f150 lariat in for front hub grinding and loss of mpg because of it and door lock recall thay did recall and rescheduled Me for wheel hub and wiper fluid freezing problems came back when parts came in ..they did the door latch recall over again and never addressed hub problems still grinding and bringing down miles per gallon no one should ever use the basil ford service department

Disappointed customer

Took vehicle in for service on a Wednesday and now it is Tuesday and vehicle still not repaired. Was told by service rep that he’d did not have time to call in authorization to make repairs, Brian said he was to busy to make the call! Really! I feel like I have received nothing but the excuses!

Oil change and tire rotation

Friendly staff quick service. Need a few more magazines for women to read. Better channels on TV in customer lounge. Easy appointment set up . Thanks

Water pump replacement

Only challenge was the fact that it was holiday season and it took 12 days to get car fixed. The guys/gals kept me informed. Car is running well, and I have now decided to bring car to Basil for all work going forward. Yes, I will be paying premium shop prices but, I know my car will be fixed correctly!!
