Have not really been able to drive it enough due to the current situation. However I have difficulty getting in or out of the truck due to its height.... I asked in the sales,service and the parts depts. and received no help other than replace the new running boards with a different type. As a matter of information yrs and a disabled veteran with a bad left leg... gene connell. P.s.recall check went ok

I got my old key battery replaced and a new key programmed. Very nice friendly facility and I was in and out in 45 minutes.

I received a recall notice on my new F150. I made an appointment with Crossroads Ford to complete the recall, The work was complete in about 15 minutes... and I was on my way. Great service.
