Overall excellent experience

Al is a great person to work with. He took his time, answered all questions, explained everything so even my wife could understand! I am very pleased with the entire process and have already referred someone over to Al.

Preowned Lexus 430

The right blend of customer service excellence and vehicle information (no pressure selling) created an environment in which we made our purchase. Our sales person, Steve Krueger, was wonderful to work with and we highly recommend him. Rarely have we experienced the kind of mature negotiating that Steve seems to excel in. I highly recommend Steve and your dealership to anyone in the market for a preowned vehicle.

2011 Honda Odyssey - "Nessy"

Everyone was so friendly. Nice gentleman held the door for me virtually every time I came. There was a sense of close friendship among the staff in general. I loved the rivalry between Steve and Mark. It was like watching the scene from Zoo Keeper! The girls and I laughed so hard :) Your customer lounge is AWESOME!!

New tires installed at Bergstrom Subaru

Very friendly and helpful service writers. Unlike so many other dealers, my car always comes back to me cleaner than when I brought it in. This is appreciated. Price of new tires was very competitive with on-line sources.

Positive buying experience

Charlie was very helpful from the time I walked into the dealership. He followed thru. Very important for anyone in sales. Greg, who handled the financing , was very thorough and kind. I will definitely be back when looking for another new vehicle. P.s. Really glad you got the suburu office their own coffee machine!

Great and fast service.

I needed two different repairs done on my vehicle along with a few recalls. I was working with two different insurance companies that would only cover services done at specific body shops, both on either side of town from each other. My vehicle was driven from one shop to the other and fixed and during the drive, a noise was heard and another issue was found and promptly fixed. I also had an oil change and all of this was done within 5 days. The insurance companies and car rental was taken care of and my vehicle was washed and looked clean when I picked it up. I am very happy with the service I received. Big thanks to Dave, Kevin, and Tyler for all of their help.

Great Service

I can rest at ease the work will be done properly. Also I usually need a ride which is set up promptly so I may get to work in time. They also pick me up after I finish work so this is very helpful to me.

Service Department

The service employees are extremely friendly and your facility is impeecably(sp??) clean. Glad you have pillows for the chairs in the waiting room, much more comfortable!!
