Great Service and Helpful

I cannot express how grateful I am for the excellent service and help I experienced. Bergstroms took care of my car and me in a kind, helpful, professional and reassuring manner. Very good quality of work

The body shop managers Kevin and his co-worker (forgot name) were friendly and professional. The quality of work on my truck was also excellent. Great, Great, Great

Great Service and Clean Facilities.

I would have given a 5 for question number one, but a hole was poked in the drivers seat when I brought the car in for the 15,000 mile maintenance. I know that accidents can happen however Bergstrom did replace the seat cover and I appreciate that. I would say that overall Bergstrom has been the best experience I have ever had with a dealership since I've owned a car. We live in Pewaukee, which is about a hour and a half drive away, and I will continue doing business with them as long as I am able to drive.

A Long Day, but a Good Day

I was at Bergstrom's for the big one (100,000 maintenance), but since I come from out of town and it was a seven hour job, Bill Barr went out of his way to give us options--rental car if we wanted it, courtesy car, etc. I opted to bring a computer so I could work. He set me up in an office where I was happy, comfortable, and productive all day. Manager Mike also stopped in my temporary office to make sure I had everything I needed. It was a good day, and our Odyssey is ready for the Thanksgiving road trip from Wisconsin to Maryland.

Bergstrom Nissan

Everyone is so friendly, they always make sure I am taken care of. They are quick at getting my vehicle serviced. Always fresh cookies and water and soda provided while you wait.

Great oil change experience

I was able to get n right away for an impromptu oil change, with minimal waiting time while the car was being serviced and access to the free wifi in a comfortable lounge.

Great experience as a whole.

My intention was to test ride and buy from another dealer. Years ago I bought a used car from Bergstrom and the transmission went out shortly after. The salesman even assured me that it was ok. I trusted and got burned and said I would never buy another vehicle from Bergstrom. Kevin Cunningham was the reason I bought the car. He was so helpful with suggestions, yet not pushy.

Service Experience

Your system provided numerous reminders of the scheduled service date. Making appointments by Internet is fast and efficient. The car was serviced in good time and was washed and ready to go when I picked it up. Definitely a well run shop.

Amazing Salesman!

My salesman, Mark B, did an amazing job. He helped me through the pre-approval process and had everything set before I arrived to start test driving vehicles. When I arrived, he listened to what I wanted most in a vehicle and chose the best one for me. He wasn't pushing me towards a sale and told me he was treating me like I was his "little sister" when it came to choosing the right vehicle for me. Turns out, I bought the first vehicle that he had me test drive and I love it!

Customer Friendly Atmosphere

Very easy to set up service appointment. Service staff were polite and very competent. Shop was very clean and well organized, as was the customer lounge. Very much a "customer first" atmosphere.
