They released the vehicle to us even though the entire process apparently wasn’t completed, and then proceeded to call and message me nonstop for days afterward trying to get everything finalized. I repeatedly told them that I was at work and could not keep answering my phone, but it didn’t matter—the calls and messages continued to the point where it felt like harassment. It also wasn’t only Fernando contacting me; Ethan was repeatedly contacting me as well. At least Fernando remained nice and respectful with me despite the excessive calls, but Ethan was just plain rude, which made an already stressful situation even worse. If there were still documents, insurance issues, or other requirements that needed to be completed, the vehicle should not have been released in the first place. Their lack of preparation became my problem, and overall the experience felt extremely stressful, unprofessional, and frustrating.
