Mike was very understanding, I don't live in Albuquerque

Mike was very understanding, I don't live in Albuquerque NM so coming from out of town there was a lot of missed appointments on my end. Mike introduced me to Ben because i showed up when Mike was out of store on business. Very help full 5 stars. Thank you for, your service!!!!

We were well taken care of, we felt heard when we told

We were well taken care of, we felt heard when we told the team our problem and they took care of it and we always felt that they cared about our issue and we could tell they were really trying to help us and not trying to just get us out of there. Josh did a great job of helping us.

Would not recommend it to my worst enemy.

Would not recommend it to my worst enemy. Vehicle delivered without owners manual, On Star activated,missing wheel locks and no spare key. Then I was scolded because I was upset over “ human error” and that I was being unreasonable. I live in Edgewood , almost 50 miles one direction from this dealership. I am flabbergasted by their lack of professionalism and their attitude towards their customers.
