Had my brand new truck for 2 weeks for simple warranty work, no communication, had to call multiple times, service manager said I better just pick it up and they’d call me when they could get around to fixing it. Excuse after excuse, the tech is sick, this tech isn’t certified for warranty work, the dog ate my homework. Never called me, pretty sure the service ticket is still open 2 months later….had to go to another dealer and they did fix within a week. Unbelievably bad service shop, I’ve never experienced anything like this.

Remarkable costumer service! Everyone was kind helpful and very understanding, nobody left us confused and we didn’t feel pressured at all. We also got a little hungry dealing with business and they even fed us. Shows how much they care for their customers. With taht being said, We love Reliable Chevy!
