Great experience, yet again at Reliable Chevrolet with Jonathan Sanchez! Second time doing service here and we will keep coming back! All the way from Dexter! Reliable Chevrolet isn't just a name, it's in their service!

Had my brand new truck for 2 weeks for simple warranty work, no communication, had to call multiple times, service manager said I better just pick it up and they’d call me when they could get around to fixing it. Excuse after excuse, the tech is sick, this tech isn’t certified for warranty work, the dog ate my homework. Never called me, pretty sure the service ticket is still open 2 months later….had to go to another dealer and they did fix within a week. Unbelievably bad service shop, I’ve never experienced anything like this.

We have had excellent service with this company and our sales rep Jonathan sanchez is really amazing, and does everything possible to make sure we were given the best experience possible.

Overall wonderful experience with everyone that was able to help us with getting through to help decide on the best availability for us to go through the purchase of the vehicle we didn’t feel pressured by any means was a great experience and wonderful team that helped us

Remarkable costumer service! Everyone was kind helpful and very understanding, nobody left us confused and we didn’t feel pressured at all. We also got a little hungry dealing with business and they even fed us. Shows how much they care for their customers. With taht being said, We love Reliable Chevy! We will definitely be back and even refer friends and family.
