The sales department engages in fraud and disinformation.

The sales department engages in fraud and disinformation. I’m an Uber driver, their salesman and manager conned me into a lease, saying mileage doesn’t matter so long as I traded into another lease at the end. 6 months and 32k miles later they pull me in and tell me it’s suddenly going to be a problem after all. They forced me transition into a loan for a car I never intended to finance. The service department engages in criminal activity. I was told at 35k miles on the Ioniq 5 that the “reverse gear fluid” needed changing and would cost around $150.. a few weeks later I tried to schedule it and they quote $900.. after a bit of research I found out it’s $91 worth of fluid, and 1/2 hour of labor. Best part is, the fluid only has to be INSPECTED at 35k, in most cases it never needs changing.
