I had initially submitted a low rating based on one

I had initially submitted a low rating based on one aspect of the transaction. However, Yasin Who is the sales manager, called me very quickly and provided some insight to explain their policy in more depth. Subsequently, I want to make sure that I submit an updated rating based on my overall experience, which was very positive.

The guy who handled the transaction was Chris.

The guy who handled the transaction was Chris. I don’t know if it was him or your business model he was following but trying to high pressure/force me to pay for software (used for finding my car if stolen) I was not interested validated the sleezy reputation used car dealerships have. It could’ve been a good experience. Instead, I’ll always remember having to threaten killing the deal because of the attempt to make me pay for something that I had made very clear that I was not happy about. This was my only issue and it was significant. Again, I don’t know if it was Chris or your business model but it’s an unacceptable tactic. Also, only got one key for the car which an extra key should be standard.
