In all my years of dealing with Dealerships, I have never been treated so well as Jerry Hunt Supercenter treated My wife and I. Talk about personal touch,... I felt like I was with family, First Shanon Henson was such a Sweet Heart, she called me when I first inquired online about their inventory, she work diligently with me on the phone helping me find the right financing and was so nice and sweet, You could hear her compassion in her voice and made me feel so comfortable and worked finding the right finance option for us. Once we drove down to the Lot we were met by one of the Biggest, friendliest smiles we had ever seen at a Dealership in a long time. Stephanie Mabe, our future Sales Consultant, greeted us before we got out of our car, (I like that), Not like some of the Dealerships where you have to search and hunt for a sales person, Stephanie right off made us feel right at home, she and Shanon already had a game plan put together with the vehicle I had ask about on the phone, Stephanie then took my wife and I out to let me test drive one of their Chevrolet Equinox to see if that's what I would like and my wife and I fell in love with it, then Stephanie worked her Magic and got us in the nicest one of the 8 or 9 they had with best price and best financing, she was so understanding, and the best thing there was no pressure, but her compassion for our needs and her professionalism were top notch. After she crunch the numbers and we accepted she introduced us to another Angel in the finance department Rachel Prevette, she was so sweet and understanding so the transition from potential buyer to owner was very smooth with no tension or stress, All three of these Ladies, Shanon Henson, Stephanie Mabe and Rachel Prevette were Angels and my wife and I were never so Happy with a Pre-owned vehicle as we were with what they sold us, Free Life time Engine and Power train warranty, Life time state inspection sticker just to mention a few options that it comes with. It's been 24 hours since our purchase, and my wife and I couldn't be more happier, we highly recommend Jerry Hunt Supercenter for all your auto needs, these people are like family and we have now added them to our family.. Denton (Brian) provided great and diligent service! He worked quickly and made sure I felt comfortable. He was outgoing and stayed after closing to make... sure I was satisfied with my purchase.

This dealership is absolute garbage! I applied for a truck they just got in on trade. Took 2 days go get the approval for the truck. Had to contact them... to get updates mostly. Customer service was minimal and horrible. After being told I was approved, they told me that someone else came to look at the truck while I'm sitting here approved for it. Then I had to take a backseat to another buyer who came in after me. I feel like I was lied to about the whole process in order for them to make a quick deal with someone in store. Way to treat a vet on Veterans Day I might add. I would never buy a vehicle from this store. Even if they call to tell me that they have the truck for me to pick up, I would never take the offer now. I'm also a 5 star rated business owner and understand what customer relation is suppose to be!

Good people to work with. There was no pressure to buy. Every thing was handled in a very professional manner. Did a lot of research and price was very... competitive. Best warranty in the industry.
