Overall, the car purchase experience was great. They had the best price on similar vehicles by far. They are knowledgeable about their products and explain every product and services that they offer in great detail.

The dealership was super busy & very professional. However, I wrote an email to my sales person a couple of days after purchasing my vehicle asking some questions & I haven’t heard one word back & it’s been over 2 weeks. I then forwarded my email to the internet sales person I spoke with to get me in the dealership & I still haven’t heard one word back. If they can’t answer the questions they should at least be forwarded to someone who can. Poor customer service! I also was told that my car came with a 2nd key but was then told it was at a different location & I would be receiving it in the mail but have yet to receive anything. It would be nice to receive at least an email acknowledging the email that I sent and some answers to my questions!

This is the third car that me and my wife have bout from Jerry hunt ,it is the easiest place I have ever delt with.their sales team are very curtious and friendly and very knowledgeable so I would recommend to everyone .

Jerry Hunt SuperCenter had what I needed/wanted. They also broke everything down in regards to all the paperwork. It was quick and easy!

I found a nice car, however I am waiting for them to fix the issues. It has been a week and I have been doing all the calling and driving over there to get the issues taken care of....
