Excellent Experience

Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and helpful. The service is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. I had an amazing experience and got a great deal on my car.

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Staff was helpful, facility was top notch and I left feeling good about my purchase.

Disappointed customer

They called me an told me to come up their an try out a truck an when I got their I waited 1 hour an then someone finally took me to see the truck an asked the salesman about the truck he told me I did not need a truck who is he to tell me what I need will never do business at Jerry Hunts again

Great experience, start to finish

We drove over an hour to look at trucks at the Jerry Hunt dealership because of their wide selection and fair pricing. We worked with Jason Anderson. We had a very specific budget and long list of requirements. Jason listened to us, respected our wishes, never pressured us into a price range or vehicle that we weren't comfortable with. He spent an entire afternoon with us and ultimately put us in a truck that is everything we were looking for. The financing and management staff are also great. They stayed late on a Saturday to help us finish everything to close the deal. We highly recommend this dealership.

Buyer beware:check every detail

Sales team is awesome but i do have a problem, I bought a 2011 dodge 3500 one week ago and it has all options, driving home i releized the widshield washer fluid wouldt come out, so next morning i check and the nozzels were broken off the hoses so i fix it cost me 20 bucks no big deal, im not one to complain, but then 6 days later on monday comes and the AC stops working, so i start checking everything and the heated seats dont work. The dealership said that they wont fix the heated seats because they cost tomuch but advertised it with my truck as an option for the truck. Buying a 35k truck and being told its 100 percent good to go when it wasnt is very concearning when i called and asked they said they dont have time to check every option in a car. It was 90 outside when i bought my truck so of course im not gonna leave the heated seats on but once the ac went i started checking everything and am very upset that they dont stand behind there word when saying the truck has no problems, they dont even return phonecalls when they say they will look in to it and call you back. im praying knothing else goes wrong with this truck, very upset, Wish they would not only care about maken sales but care about the people buying their cars. Updae: jst got car back on friday the 22nd of sept and now the battery light is on, called dealership and went to autozone to see whats wrong the alternator is bad, dealership agreed to pay for it to be fixed by a dealership near me. At leaset there gonna fix that still upset about seats but dahm i oray knothen else hoes wrong this truck is suppose to be my money maker not spender.....

We have repaired every issue you identified except the heated seats and many of the repairs were not covered under warranty. The vehicle had more than 100,000 miles on it at the time of purchase and several of the repairs were from normal vehicle use. We had a great experience!

We were looking for a SUV. We stopped at Jerry Hunt & spoke with Jason. He was great! They have a huge inventory of vehicles to choose from. We test drove a Jeep Compass, & decided it was the one for us!

No pressure, great service

Jerry Hunt was recommended by some neighbors, who each had a good experience there. Aly was great in answering my questions and getting me set up with a test drive after work. When I came in, I met Scott. He was very helpful and accommodating. I never felt any pressure to buy, and that relieved a lot of stress. When I chose my car, everyone worked with me in getting it done. When I noticed something wrong with it after the purchase, they took care of the repair very quickly. I was very impressed with Scott and his willingness to go the extra mile for me. I had a great experience with everyone I came in contact with there, and I would highly recommend Scott. I'll be back the next time I need another vehicle.
