I fell in love with car but as soon I drove off the lot it started rattling. Have an appt for Thursday! I hope they make it right!

They lied to get me to drive 1.5 hours. Then lied again about pricing. They are lucky I found a vehicle I liked. I will never buy from them again.

Peral was awesome to work with during this process. Definitely an asset for Jerry Hunt. I spoke to others that were not as professional or on point as Peral. Need to add that the experience with Tonya in F&I was a pleasure as well. Very helpful and efficient.

If I could give this place a big 0 I would. They don’t even deserve 1 star. I’ve used this car dealership 3 different times and never have an ever had a many problems as I did this time. I will never go back and want to warn others. Let’s start with I go to look at a vehicle June 20th and today is July the 2nd. I couldn’t test drive the vehicle because it was pouring oil. So I do the paper work and never get a call from anyone other than Leslie. Leslie has called and left me a voicemail every single day. I call her back and she tells me that a sales manager is going to call me and I hear nothing. Leslie girl you’re the only one that’s doing your job you deserve a promotion. So today almost makes 2 weeks of this crap. So today I call Leslie back and someone finally decides to call. Without even looking at my credit or credit scores tells me that he doesn’t think he can work around my payments that I requested. You guys just do your self a favor and just go somewhere else.

I was looking for a good dependable car and thanks to Jerry Hunt I was able to get one. They are the best they actually took the time out to work very hard to help people with a lower credit score and give them a second chance. My Salesperson was Hannah she was very nice and sweet and she took good of us she has great customer service I would recommend anybody thats looking for a car to try Jerry Hunt sales they are the best.They ensure you of what you are getting and they also give you options which I liked the staff was very nice and they all had a smile on their faces that's what I like to see cause I know they will make sure everything goes good and from my experience with them they are the best in my opinion.

I have mixed feelings about this dealership. They have a great variety of cars no doubt. The staff is kind and professional. My wife and I had to really go back and forth to get the price we wanted and our credit scores deserved.. Then came getting the car home. Bought the car on Friday. On Moday morning the check engine light came on. I called the dealership and brought it to them that evening after work. They run diagnostic and find that i have a bad oil pressure sensor. They schedule me a follow up appointment to get it taken car of. I get thr car back two days later and again the following Monday the lights back on again. This tine i was given a rental car while they fix.thr problem which turned out to be a malfunctioning oil pump which was covered by warranty. I will say this. All of the matentence and rental car was on the dealership dime. It just tucked to buy a car and less than 4 days I had issues not once but twice within 3 weeks of purchase. So I again appreciate the service and the life time.power.train they provide to customers free of charge.

She was extremely knowledgeable of vehicles and helped us choose the best fit. Julia should be your number one salesperson if not already!
