Max Milholland was great Although he was young and not as

Max Milholland was great Although he was young and not as experienced as other salesmen but, I am glad our paths crossed. I rate him as SUPERIOR as he was polite and very helpful and did what he was supposed to do. I DID NOT particularly like nor care, for how he was treated by more Senior staff. No one should be talked down to or belittled, especially in front of customers and/or potential buyers. Although they were Senior staff, I would NOT recommend or refer any family or friends to the individuals (3) that I personally witnessed not treating staff (Max) as a basic human being. While everyone has to learn their role and the process of car buying/selling, there is a way to teach professional lessons without demeaning another with showing basic human common courtesy and decency. This dealership had what I was looking for and was pleased with my purchase. I do believe all staff especially Senior staff can benefit from a personalized ongoing training in Customer Service, to include respect for the individual , for customers as well as supporting team members within the dealership. An additional training that would be beneficial is know your audience (how to conduct ones self) model structure.

I requested to go there for a test drive, and the day I requested to, they spammed me with crap info and deals I felt it was very annoying so I decided not to go. Still getting spammed.

Time consuming but worth it.

Time consuming but worth it. Very helpful and answered all my questions. Sold me the ceramic package and I love it. Repaired a rip in the back seat. It looks exceptional

I checked your reviews before looking for a vehicle.

I checked your reviews before looking for a vehicle. Mostly all were very good. I wish I would have gotten more info before purchasing my Rogue. I was aware of the minor accident reports from the carfax. Whoever did the body work didn't color match the damage very well. I'm sure when vehicle came into your possession Whoever placed the Jerry Hunt decal on the back had to see the color match difference. I understand the As Is and I wish I would have looked around the vehicle little closer than I did. Peral had opened up the back hatch so I could look inside before I test drove it. I would have noticed it immediately. I spotted it approx an hour after driving it off the lot. I understand the concept of selling vehicles but my issue is be honest about what you are selling cause everything is not on the carfax reports. I did bring it to Peral's attention when I picked up my license plate but the sale was already done. I like the Rogue and I certainly appreciate the hard work Peral did to help me purchase it. That's my review !

The service I received was smooth and stress free. Kevin the sells associate was such a gentleman. He made me feel comfortable with purchasing my suv. I've bought an car before but I still had my concerns. He listened and helped without making me feel like he was being bothered. I will highly recommend him and Jerry Hunt
