I love it here! We bought a car here a year ago, and again today. I reached out on their online form late Monday night, heard back from them first thing in the morning and test drove it after work on Tuesday, and was in and out with my new car in 30 minutes after work on Wednesday! They are always so polite, don’t play games, let the cars sell themselves, and do everything as time efficiently as possible. Great cars, great prices, great warranties, great service! (I can’t speak to repairs because the cars we have are both in such great shape, we haven’t needed any. I feel very comfortable reaching out to them if it were ever needed.)

So, my Monday started out getting my truck towed out of my garage to Crafts for service. After putting in a lot of work, they diagnosed the catastrophic cracked head. A 14yo truck with 140k miles and a pooched engine. Not much value left. And it was not the time to have to consider buying new. I was in a bind and could not be without a vehicle. Long story short, Crafts not only did right helping me trade a basically dead truck, they put me in the nicest truck I’ve ever owned and made the financing work so I wasn’t totally broke. And they did it in about 24hrs total time. Can’t say enough good about Dan (my salesman), the service dept and the dealership as a whole. I can assure you they have a customer for life! Joseph Moore

Nice used car inventory. Sales Rep was very friendly and not pushy. The car we found was in great condition but the tires on it really needed to be replaced soon. I negotiated a deal on the already great price. Left with the price and payment plan I wanted.

After trying some Foresters, I ended up at Crafts. Saw the car online, and it was as clean as the ad said with excellent pricing. Thanks to Dan for being patient with me, and working through some minor details. Thanks to Mark also. Very happy with the car and my purchase. Thanks again Guys! Will be back for sure.
