Saw a vehicle listed for $8491 and called to inquire about the car. Spoke with them twice about the vehicle before setting up an appointment to see the... car. Drove 2 hours there and upon viewing and test driving the vehicle seeing it needed a good bit of cosmetic work and was in need of new tires so negotiations began. Asked what we would pay for the car we were under their listed asking price. They returned with $11,500 and it baffled us. They listed a price online of $8491 yet they respond with a counter $3000 above that price. We were told that price was only if we traded a vehicle and used their financing. We had cash in hand to pay for the vehicle at the list price but to drive 4 hours round trip and not be told up front that their price was heavily stipulated...a complete waste of time/day! Total misrepresentation! Buyer Beware!

I was shopping for a used Jeep and came to the dealership. A young salesman helped me. When I told him I was a few months out he understood. He didn't... let that keep him from helping me the best he could. Even though they didn't have exactly what I was looking for, something needs to be said about the customer service I was given.
We enjoy the courtesy we receive whenever we visit this dealership. Friendly and knowledgeable are just a few of the things that bring us back. Plus great... deals!

Went there today looking Used truck talk to the salesman look at a 2008 dog ram 1500 There is a heavy told us they wanted $17000 for it but OA online... website It listed at 13900 Said it had 4 new tires only had 2 new tires
We rolled up in here just out of curiosity on a used car. Having a growing family, we needed to trade in our 2015 Civic for something bigger. I get out,... look at the vehicle, then Chris Perusse walks up...... and I think to myself ??? great,,,, here we go.??? But to my suprise, this guy is great. He is full of character, he???s understanding, listens to what you want/need. Of course, Chris did a great job. We were at the dealership with our 1 year old baby girl, who was at that ???I DONT WANNA SIT DOWN STAGE!??? SHE WAS TERRIBLE THAT DAY! Chris Perusse is great with kids, and apparently has WAY more patience than I do... He and the employees worked great! Even amongst our screaming kicking and crying little darling!!!!! I went back today to get my first oil change and Chris approached me, remembered my name, my wife???s name and even asked how she was going with her pregnancy. We currently have a baby boy on the way.... He remembered everything. We really like the friendliness of Chris and the other employees. It doesn???t feel like some terrible and pushy car salesman... 5 stars for Chris. Great job man. We will come back for sure. .... oh and these guys will give you a trade in value better than anyone else will ever do.... I guarantee it! We bought our first car from Honda of Columbia.... terrible crooks. Carolina Is the place to go! PLEASE give this place a shot before anywhere else. We were greeted by Victoria Charles, a very friendly salesperson, on the lot and she asked what we were looking for, and also what we did not want. We... were invited inside to her office and she entered our "wants" into the data base. Victoria put us at ease with the whole aspect of buying a different vechicle. She immediately found a truck on the lot that was a nearly perfect match to our list. We took a test drive and then met with Karl Payne, pre-owned manager. He was very friendly, yet knew the ins and outs of negotiatiating a deal. We were sent to the finance dept to speak with Dave Nudelman. He made us aware of some choices that would benefit us with payments and future maintenance on our new vehicle. Hope our future dealings with Carolina will work out as well.
