We own a RAM 6.

We own a RAM 6.7 Cummins Diesel and have had unsatisfactory experiences with service departments at several of the RAM dealers in the Carolinas. We found Carolina Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM a few years ago and have had outstanding experiences. Their service department staff embody small town values. They are trustworthy, do quality work, and are extremely fairly priced. Appointments always start on-time and they get us out quickly. They saved us a ton of money on a recent brake pad replacement and rotor resurfacing for our dually. We drive an hour to get to Camden/Lugoff, but the drive is worth the time. I don’t trust anyone else to service our truck.

Third vehicle we have bought from this dealership, always an exceptional experience. The entire staff are friendly and professional. Trey, the sales person was outstanding as he helped with explaining the vehicle and checking in after the sales to ensure everything was going well with my new 2500.

Anna, Jeff, Dave and the entire team at Carolina CJDR

Anna, Jeff, Dave and the entire team at Carolina CJDR were extremely helpful in the process of buying a “new” used car. We knew the car we wanted, so the process was relatively quick and they worked with us to get a good deal as well. Everyone was very trustworthy and kind, which made it all that much easier.

I was traveling back to West Virginia and my service 4

I was traveling back to West Virginia and my service 4 wheel drive light came on. David May from the service department was extremely nice and helpful. He did a test with his handheld device and cleared the codes and said have a safe drive home. This is an employee who goes above for your customers. This is very difficult to find these days. I sincerely thank him for his kindness and professionalism.

Thank you for your review. After reviewing your visit, it shows that you were not charged double. There are however, separate charges. The cost of the part and the cost of programming the part. I do see that you paid by check and you were charged a credit card fee in error. We are happy to refund this amount. Please contact the dealership at 803-438-9160 and let us know if you would like to pick up the refund or have it mailed. Edit: I apologize if there was a breakdown in communication. We will get the check for the credit card error mailed to the address on file.

We were quoted a price of $243 for the key replacement, but we were actually charged $414.22. That is a huge discrepancy. I understand that quotes can be under the actual amount if new issues/problems are found that have to be corrected, but that was not the case. A key w/programing was what was quoted and what we got, but the price ended up being almost double the quote. We were shocked!!! That's why one asks for a quote, so one knows what price to prepare for given no other issues arise. You can mail the refund for the credit card charge error and hopefully for the charges in excess of the quote you provided, although you don't sound as if you are going to stand by your word.

We purchased a 2020 Dodge Challenger seven days ago , we

We purchased a 2020 Dodge Challenger seven days ago , we noticed that the housing around the headlights were cracked, so after the 3rd day it split, spoke to the General Manager about replacing it and he said it’s not his problem! He got real nasty on the phone! I really hate I bought the car now! He supposed to be the lead and set good examples! He was rude about the situation and would not fixed it! They don’t stand behind their vehicles! And to hear the General Manager talked like that was so disturbing! No leadership there at all! I regret buying this car from them!

Thank you for your review. As had been previously discussed with you, the damage was not there when you purchased the vehicle. You thoroughly inspected the vehicle prior to your purchase. There was never any mentioned of damage made to us. We also reviewed the photos of the vehicle taken prior to your purchase. Again, there was no damage. We strive to offer the best in customer service. With that said, we understand that not everyone will always be satisfied. We wish you the best of luck in your automotive ownership!

I have bought two Rams and one Durango.

I have bought two Rams and one Durango. The Durango had undisclosed hail damage that was painted over. It rusted and bubbled out within two years. I’m out $2k. They lose a faithful client that has bought 3 vehicles, Because there no way they did not know about this. I would stay if they either pay for it or take it back provide a new one. All I got was I talk bring it to the manager. Never heard a peep afterwards. I take my business somewhere else.
