Carolina Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep RAM

Still in the process of their service dept repairing an issue with rough idle and drive ability issue. Already was convinced to spend $1k on a tune up that did NOT fix the issue. They will continue working on it next week and we will see what the outcome is. So far helpful but issue not resolved so unsure. $1k is a lot to not fix the problem.

I arrived on time for my service appointment and at exactly 8:00am they took my RAM back for service, 30 minutes later the service was completed. Amazing, my first visit to the dealership was great.
