Cannot say much about them except I contacted them about a vehicle that was on the website. They did respond saying it was sold. I ask if what kind of inventory they had in that price range and similar type vehicle. (SUV) I never received a response from them after that. In the meantime we found another vehicle. I would not have even reviewed but received an email to give a review so thought I would let someone know they lost a potential sale just by not responding.

I called ahead to ask if the car I was interested in was smoked in, and was told that it had not been. The car was so full of CIGARRETTE BURNS that I consider it destroyed. The "dealership" is situated like an old fashioned junkyard. YUCK!

If you are interested in paying for a fancy showroom in the price of your car, then this is not the place for you. If you are interested in being treated with decency and respect, in having a pleasant auto-buying experience, and getting a good car at a good price, then A-Auto is where you want to go. contacted the dealership twice never heard from them at all

We drove down from Green Bay to check out an AVEO for my daughter for college. I had emailed A Auto several times and always received a quick response. Also called me at home in response to a question I had when I saw the price had dropped. We headed down that day. It is a quaint, packed to the brim, busy service shop...a lot packed into a small area! If you are expecting a Lexus dealership, you'll be sadly disappointed. If you are looking for friendly, knowledgeable, quality used car dealer, I think you've come to the right place! We looked at over 50 dealerships trying to find a safe, quality, trusted used car for my daughter. I did not feel confident in any of them until I met Gregg at A Auto and the cleanliness of his used cars was impressive. Took for a test drive...no pressure at all, answered all of our questions and we drove it home. Very happy with experience and vehicle!!

I told him what I was looking for and he stayed within my parameters while getting me int the best possible vehicle without stretching my budget. Greg even came back after closing on Saturday afternoon to meet us and complete the sale! It was definitely worth the drive from Kenosha!
