Went to check out a car and it wasn't in running order. Other cars have the check engine light on too.

Horrible service and knowledge
This dealership beyond having the dirtiest facilities I have ever been in, have no knowledge of what vehicles they have or dont have. I called at noon on a weekday to inquire about a vehicle. The owner Greg told me they still had the vehicle and I read him the VIN to make sure. He claimed they still ahd it....so I drove 2 hours to test drive it and when I got there the sales person (Ben) told me they sold it "days ago"....a week later the ad still is up. No one was opologetic and none of them cared. I guess there's a reason there in that facility. Stear clear of these guys!

False Representation
This dealer advertised a 2012 car ad "like new",Barely used. Told me twice that nothing had been changed on the car, even told my insurance agent it was all unchanged. Turns out this car had been in an accident and the damage was not disclosed at time of sale. The parts used to repair were not OEM warranty parts. The bumper, fender and hood do not fit properly because they are not made for the car and can't be adjusted. I tried at my time and expense by taking it to my dealer twice. Was told the car was in an accident and because inferior parts were used the bumper, fender and hood are not compatible, won't ever fit right together. Not to mention what other parts were changed out. A Auto now refuses to answer questions and won't disclose any more information. By law the dealer must disclose any damage and certainly if the car was in an accident. I paid for a "excellent, almost new car". All I should be expected to do is drive it, enjoy it and not worry about the warranty. He took that away from me. This case is being referred to the review department of Cars.com.

Exceeds Customer Satisfaction Expectations
A Chevy Impala was advertised on the A Auto website, and I contacted the owner, Greg. He was beyond knowledgable and met every one of my customer needs. After I test drove the car, I bought it the next day. Being the ultimate professional that he is, Greg did a complete oil change on the vehicle, prior to delivery. I ordered a spoiler for the trunk, and Greg and his staff gave me the royal treatment, right down to the final touches on the car. The buying process was made easier with Greg and his staff of trained professionals. The staff at A Auto treated me like a queen, and they exceeded my customer satisfaction expectations. The day I picked up my car, they had cleaned it thoroughly and it was new to me. We highly recommend this Shop for all of your car buying and service needs. Greg was honest and forthright, and he explained everything to me, and I appreciated his advice. This Shop comes highly recommended for all types of vehicles. Give them a try; they are accurate, knowledgable and professional for all of your car buying and service needs.

Used 1999 Purple Dodge Dakota Sport Truck For Sale
Called to asked to test drive and possibly buy used truck for sale. When we got there no one knew about this vechicle and where it was located. Car sales representative who we talked to and knew about truck left for the day and didn't leave instructions for coworkers. When they finally found truck it had 2 flat tires, rusted out doors and runners and would not even turn over which was a bad sign from the get go but we stuck around to wait for them to charge battery and fill air in tires. Then when we went to test drive vechicle there was no gas so we could only drive one block away and then turn around before we got stranded without gas. Out of curiousity we made an a fair offer, but then they said they couldn't sell any cars today because the sales rep. had decided to leave for the day when he knew we were coming and he was the only person that could do sales. What the heck after we drove almost an hour to get there and we had told the sales rep. about this ahead of time. So if your looking for rusted out vechicles with flats tires and that don't turn over with a dead battery then this is the place for you, but I would recommend you trying a reputable dealership instead.

It Doesn't Get Any Better than this Shop!
The Owner, Greg, is a guardian angel. I was in an accident, and he came to help me. The car was severely damaged on the right side, from the other driver running a STOP sign. Greg immediately worked to help me restore the car back to its original, pristine condition. The Body Shop at A Auto is superb and precise. They leave no stone unturned when it comes to doing a quality job. The car turnd out magnificent. Gary, who did the paint and body work at the Shop, is an artist and does superior work. I was advised of everything the shop was doing, and updated as the work progressed. This is a precision body shop that has been around for almost 30 years in the business. It is a full-service shop. Greg explains everything in detail. They do everything from sales, service, parts, etc. In the past, we have bought many cars from Greg, too. I highly recommend A Auto, Inc. for all of your vehicle's needs. It is a one-stop sales and service shop. It is The Real Deal in Town! As I stated, it doesn't get any better than this.

Personal, affordable service
I feel the customer service and quality of work done at A Auto is superior to dealerships and chains. As a single woman, the employees treat me with respect, show me what is wrong, explain why something needs to be done, AND the work is affordable. The owner, Greg, never dismisses my concerns, even if they seem trivial. It's nice to take my 2003 car to a place where I know all the technicians and they know my vehicle. I highly recommend this dealer.
