the absolute worse experience...75k and i had to give...

the absolute worse experience...75k and i had to give more money due to inacurate pay off. sales men was out sick which is underatandable. but the geeral manager was demoing the car on a sat. even though they know i was coming since tuesday. waited and hour before the car was even there. The following week i had to return from fort lee area because they forgot to apply paint protecting on the vehicle inside and out. paint already chipped...

Awesome Experience

I have been working with David Cunningham for 3 years. He has excellent customer service skill that is enhanced with integrity and selfless service. David makes himself available even on his days off; and return calls in record breaking time. The dealership is always clean and welcoming. The staff always greet you and assist in anyway they can. Delaney Davis was very helpful and went far and beyond to assist me with learning about all the new tech gadgets. John Adams was very friendly and professional. Finance department was awesome. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. It's like All State " You're in Good Hand"

This dealership has NO INEGRITY. Run. Run far. And run fast. My story is the same as that written on 5/21 by T Thein. I also live in the Denver area. Same experience but with an E400. Credit checked, negotiated, paid for the shipping and they sold it to a local buyer after I received a notice from a local notary to set up an appointment to sign the documents. This is why used car salesmen and car dealerships have the reputations they have. Plain and simple.

Last month I’ve came in looking for a metris van that...

Last month I’ve came in looking for a metris van that Michael had on the lot (we wanted to trade our Nissan nv3500 van). He contacted me was very informative and answered all my questions. I was looking to get the van for my family, but right after I spoke with him I had a family emergency out of state and had to leave town. I filled out the credit application before I heard the news about my great aunt. Michael was kind and he didn’t run my credit thru till I got back home last week. When I emailed him back he was happy to still assist me and to do the deal with me. He wasn’t pushy in anyway, very nice to work with, and understand what we needed. The finance team was wonderful as well!! She helped us and answered all of our questions. She’s showed us our vehicles warranty options and gave her honest opinions on what she think we needed and didn’t sell us more than we wanted. Delante as well was very helpful and professional showing us how to work the app and the network for our new van. I have to say thou, I do deals for my families vehicles every 2-3 years and I must say I will DEFINITELY be returning to this dealer to do business in the future!!!!!! This team at this dealer actually treat you like #1 and are the best to meet/do a deal with. If I could leave a 10 STAR review I would!!!!!!!!!

Do not work with this dealership!

Be warned. This company is unethical and practices bad business. Do not work with this company. I live in Denver and negotiated the purchase of an S550 Cabriolet to be shipped to my home in Colorado. In order to do this, the paperwork was FedExed to a notary service in Denver. Then, I made an appointment with that service for signing. However, before I could sign, this dealership sold the car to another party who walked into the store. In other words, this dealership negotiated in bad faith with me and sold the same car twice. Do not work with this dealer. Do not work with Lucas Hidalgo. Do not trust Whitney Graves.

There is quite a bit more to Tim Theins recollection of events. Tim was given the option of signing the paperwork that he had in his hand, but chose not to sign it. He wanted to wait until the car went through service before he made a final decision. While Tim in Colorado used his right to wait, a customer in our own backyard (Fredericksburg, VA) came in and purchased the car without the service contingency. Tim has never met Lucas or Whitney and has nothing to base his opinion of their character on. This is just what our society does now when they don't get their way. I wonder what happens in this current market when you put an offer on a house with a inspection contingency? Next!

I am new in town and have called for service three times. Each time I have been told that all the agents were busy and someone would call me. I left my number and am still waiting for the callback.

Long Time Customers

We just purchased our 4th car with Teddy Parker. Just cannot say enough nice things about him or the staff. They always try to accommodate us.

Worst Experience Experience. This dealership sold me a...

Worst Experience Experience. This dealership sold me a defective car. Ran me around in circles to 3 different repair shops, 4 different service appointments, an a total of 11 days without my vehicle. Their service & salesmen all acknowledged the issue verbally but, did not complete the warranted repairs or offer any replacement options. Instead, they falsified my service records, saying they did not hear anything when in person/email they acknowledge they did. This dealership does not focus on customers or doing what's right. They use stalling tactics to waste your time and bullying tactics to try to intimate you both over the phone and in e-mail. Jeff Riddle, the General Manager is rude, easily, the most unprofessional and unethical of them all . He had me drive a hour from Richmond to Fredericksburg with the expectation and I quote "Both Teddy and Mickey will do everything possible to make this work out for you" and they did absolutely nothing. When I asked to speak to Jeff Riddle about my issues, he sent a message through his employee Nick saying he's to busy and refuse to meet and speak with me. What kind of business refuses to address customers whom spent thousands of dollars at their dealership and hour + comminuting there. Not to mention, Jeff Riddle threatened me via e-mail and over the phone saying if I don't remove my reviews online he and his staff will refuse to assist me. After removing post, he accepted my appointment for assistance and pretended he'd help. When I got there, they offered no amicable resolution. I will never shop with Mercedes-Benz, Mercedes-Benz of Fredericksburg, Midlothian, or Richmond or will I shop with Huber Motor Cars.
