I needed a second key for a pre-owned MB I had purchased. Visited Huber to order key, returned for programming. They were unable to complete programming... as MB national system for same was down, so I had to return (90 mi round trip) second time. A discount would’ve been appreciated for the inconvenience. Dealership personnel were very friendly and efficient. Dealership was immaculate and waiting lounge was welcoming, clean, and well stocked. Although I am closer to Richmond dealerships, the friendliness and efficiency of Huber is far superior.

I took my car here for detailing thinking that they would pay attention to detail and do a Mercedes Benz top notch job...NOT! Don’t waste your time and... money at this location, they will do a better job under the tree, around the corner at the local gas station. When asked to correct the obvious oversights, they acted as if it was a bother to ask them to do what they just got paid to do. If it’s an inconvenience to do what you get paid to do, go find another job. A Mercedes dealership is not the place for you because it’s a negative reflection on Mark(the service manager), yourself and the dealership as a whole. I’ve taken my car here for years for service, and for Mark to imply that since my vehicle is a 2006 S500 (with only 120,000 miles) was the reason for the oversight is deplorable. As the manager, accept responsibility for it and move out smartly. It wasn’t like I was being unreasonable and asking for a cosmetic miracle, they didn’t even pull the armrest down in the back and wipe out the cup holders and that has to do with the age of the car? No, that has everything to do with negligence and competence....my Mercedes, Escalade, and Panamera are well taken care of. On a lighter note, the ladies provided great customer service.

I recently bought a 2013GLK350 for 17,000 from this dealer. I will have to say out of all my cars purchased in the past this was the most streamlined experience... I’ve ever had. Nick Paone helped me from start to finish and made me feel welcome and respected, being that I look like someone that should be driving a pickup truck. Having said that they also promised to fill in a small crack in the windshield which come to find out couldn’t be filled, they replaced the entire windshield for free. Very trustworthy Dealership
